It smells like rotten rat room. It isn't at all as it looks in images. The images are from 5 years old but no maintenance is there.

The amenities provided were not as advertised. We were told there was free Wi-Fi, but this service was only available in the reception area. The signal did not extend to our room, which meant we had to go down two floors to use it, which was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, upon arriving in our room, the blanket was stained with a large, patchy dirt mark and had a noticeable odor. We had to request a replacement before we could comfortably use it.

Another significant issue was the noise disturbance. Late at night, specifically after 11 PM, loud laughter and disruptive sounds from a neighboring room prevented us from getting a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

Finally, our experience with the room service was also disappointing. The food prices at the restaurant were reasonable, but when our order was delivered to our room, we were not informed about an additional service charge. We only became aware of this extra fee when the final bill arrived, which felt like a lack of transparency in the billing process.

This place is very far from the city so difficult to reach, while booking amount is showing different and when i am paying on the venue he is asking me more amount and saying it is booking.com comission and started arguing with me so i paid 950 rupees extra and I have no other option because before one month i paid advance according to the December crowd they called me and ask me to pay so i paid him. Then in Ooty it was too cold so we asked the heater so they are saying they don't have, no drinking water facility. The television is not working The intercom is not there staying in JJ Homes is like a nightmare. Very basic room with one tubelight that only you will get it.
