Good in terms of cleanliness, ambience, staff behaviour and location having nearby metro gate, cab
Pros:

Location, hotel ambience, cleanliness good

Cons:

Few small things like the remote of AC was not working. AC vent fins were not properly fixed. Bathroom tiles are slippery. One has to be careful.

Very kind stuff and great location nearby main bazzar
Pros:

The stuff is beyond amazing! They show kindness and effort in every situation and they are big support. The location is also perfect, nearby is main bazar with so many different things and options.

Cons:

We were on the second floor, room 205 and there is no window to open, to have a fresh air, also the AC was not cleaned a long time ago and it’s air stinking so we had to use scent.

Overall good experience, no complaints
Pros:

Good location to the area that I was visiting although congested difficult to park was easily overcome staff dealt with it

They didn’t give us room

Cons:

They did not give us room because my husband didnt have a outside Delhi ID card. They didn’t inform they dont give rooms to Delhi ID card holders when I called them to confirm the room, neither did they mention it on the website. They refused to give us a room at 12am in the midnight and on starting a fight them they gave us a cheaper room in a nearby hotel
