Great location great hotel equals great stay.
Pros:

The room was perfect. It was a great size and had plenty of space. The Wi-Fi was very fast and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was a hot breakfast but it could have been a little bit better but it was free nonetheless and the lighting was so great. I would definitely stay at any Holiday inn hotel it's well worth it.

We would definitely stay again at Holiday Inn Express.
Pros:

Angela, Tracie and Theo were very helpful! Slow drain (lots of hair buildup) and the safe that wouldn't OPEN. Tracie had Theo up within a matter of minutes and he took care of both issues right away. Breakfast was good.
There were more breakfast selections with enough room to seat everyone. Bed and pillows were SOFT AND COMFORTABLE...like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you!

Cons:

More larger towels. People that came in late (after 10 pm)...were LOUD. Maybe a SIGN in hallways to reflect being QUIET after hours bc people come to RELAX and enjoy their time also...so be courteous. Spots on carpet that weren't taken care of. Trash that was left out after cleaning rooms by the elevators. Two chairs in a room wb nice, doesn't have to be another bigger chair... especially if a couple would like to eat in private...or put on their shoes, etc. We found this issue with most of the hotels while on vacation.

Pros:

The in room safe locked us out after we put in our code. The maintenance man did come up to open it and was very nice!

Cons:

Floor tile in bathroom was broken. The grout was completely dried and crumbling out all over the bathroom. The girl at the desk gave us a bunch of bath mats. It had clearly been that way for a while but they still gave us the room.

Decent stay for what I needed, won't stay again.

Room was clean and staff was pleasant

Cons:

I had to move rooms twice due to poor communication, regarding carpet cleaning, among the staff. Both times, I had less than 30 minutes notice to move. The carpet cleaning guy confirmed I never needed to move at all. I spoke to the manager and was poorly compensated for the inconvenience.
