Pros:

Everything was excellent, the location is absolutely stunning, the views from the window are beautiful, and the interior design is stylish and атмосферный. The overall experience was very enjoyable.

Cons:

The only downside was the lighting in the room and especially in the bathroom, it was quite dim. For women, this is particularly important, for example when doing makeup.

Disappointing
Pros:

The hotel presents itself as a 4-star property and is well located, very close to the city center. At first glance, it also looks stylish and well-designed. However, our actual experience was quite disappointing.

Cons:

First of all, the room was listed as “ground floor”, but in reality it was located below the level of the reception (which itself is slightly below street level), essentially in a basement. There was a small window facing what looked like a dug-out area, so a little natural light did come in, but it was very limited and the room was overall quite dark. The space also felt humid, and without keeping the bathroom ventilation on, there was an unpleasant musty smell.
The room is aesthetically nice, but not practical: for example, the air conditioning unit is covered by a wooden structure that blocks proper airflow, making it largely ineffective.
During our stay (4 nights), the room was never cleaned. The trash was taken out only once after several requests, and one time we had to do it ourselves. Towels and bed linen were never changed.
One evening there was no hot water at all. At reception we were told it was an issue affecting the whole building, but for a 4-star hotel one would expect alternative solutions.
Basic amenities were also lacking: upon arrival we were given two small bottles of water (one still and one sparkling) and two coffee capsules. During the stay, water was replenished only once (again one still and one sparkling), and the coffee capsules were not refilled.
Overall, the hotel may look nice, but it does not meet the standards of a 4-star property in terms of service, comfort, or attention to guests.

Pros:

friendly staff, comfy bed and quiet room. The receptionist was very accommodating and upgraded my room for free.

Cons:

I requested to change room, as the one I chose during my booking was very noisy due to traffic and people walking just outside the window. Lighting could be improved.

Konum mükemmel ve ulaşım her yere yürüyerek.
Pros:

Konum harika açıkcası oda en ucuzu seçmemize rağmen tüm ihityaçlarımızı karşılanayan bir oda oldu. ( Oda da elbiseler için dolap yoktu onun yerine askılık vardı ama o bile yeterli oldu). Otele giriş çıkış size verilen bir manyetik kart ile yapıldığı için biraz tuhaf olsada bu güvenlik için olumlu bir adım olmuş yani otele dışarıdan kimse girmemekte.

Cons:

Sevmediğimiz bir durum söz konusu olmadı. Keza yemek konusunda kahvaltıda dahil dışarıdan hizmet aldık.
