Barulho para dormir / Boa localização
Pros:

A localização e estrutura do hotel são ótimos! Atendimento dos funcionários do hotel excelente, muito educados e atenciosos!

Cons:

muito barulho da rua o tempo todo, inclusive de madrugada. Quarto antigo. Limpeza pode ser melhor.

Cons:

Apartamento muito abaixo do padrão de um hotel da rede. Baixíssimo custo-benefício. Toalhas de banho péssimas. Limpeza razoável.

Café da manhã bom.
Localização

Cons:

Quarto estava muito sujo, roupa de cama não parecia ter sido trocada, toalhas péssimas, porta do banheiro suja, ladrilhos sujos, cortina suja.

Boa localização, mas é caro para o que oferece
Pros:

A localização é boa, perto do metrô. Tem um Hortifruti Oba no mesmo quarteirao que ajuda bastante. O tamanho do apartamento é ótimo, banheiro funciona bem.

Cons:

Minha experiência nao foi das melhores. Relatei o ocorrido aos responsáveis, que fizeram contato me pedindo desculpas, atitude que dou muito valor. Quando cheguei tinha louça suja na pia - imagino que seja algo pontual, mas dei esse azar. Cinco travesseiros na cama - 3 sem fronha, 1 com fronha bem rasgada, outro ok. Não tem sabonete nem shampoo. Quando reclamei, me disseram que no site informa que nao fornecem estes itens - pra mim nao ficou clara esta informação e me trouxe um certo transtorno. O apartamento fica no 2o andar, achei barulhento.

If nowhere else to go…
Pros:

Location is ok but the room faces the Ibirapiera Avenue which can be bit noisy. Wear earplugs! Staff very welcoming and respectful.

Cons:

Bath towels were old and in poor condition. It didn’t have a fork, and the pot that accomodates cutlery was dirty with dust. The cleaning could be very much improved on the floor, big rug and bathroom. Also, the blackout curtains are too small for the size of the window so jot very much blackout.
