Place is nice. Affordable and really clean. Staff is awesome super helpful.

The hotel is ideal for those on a budget looking to stay in North London. It is superbly placed for access to the train station which was fantastic. The staff are wonderful and very kindly let me check in early. As expected, being in London, there is outside noise. But if you are looking for a budget hotel in London, with easy access to central London and Gatwick Airport, the hotel is good value for money.

I had an absolutely horrendous time in the death trap, of a hotel room There was no plug by the bed it had a 4 pin plug with massive wire leading all way round room, never seen such a long wire, had hairdryer kettle, the lamp, the mobile & tv for
In one thing so every time I stepped on the floor I went flying! Then it was absolutely freezing cold. I had the quilt on me but the pillows were like rocks so hard that I got a neck ache in 2 hrs and I couldn’t turn my head to the left in the morning, so I tried to use the cushions for rest of night but they absolutely stunk and were filthy so I had to screw the quilt up to put behind my head, meaning I was really really cold with only a bit left to cover me! At 5 am in the morning, they were babbling away in a foreign language right outside my door even though I arrived at midnight told the man I had a big days work a presentation I was earning £140. He still did that, I had to shout at him. He said sorry but that was it. I didn’t go back to sleep awake from 5 am Lay there crying in end as night got worse & I forgot to mention that never seen such a manly showe dirty. There was nothing in the bottom of the shower was full of hair and yellow when you stepped out of the shower it’s like he was in Antarctica! Anyway, they were bringing me breakfast at 7:30 am. I’d asked for egg on toast nothing else too much for me in the morning. The man walked in with two eggs, sausage, bacon beans toast that wasn’t even toasted. It was absolutely freezing cold there is no way on earth the man could not of known it was freezing cold. I was sat in bed and tried to put it at the other side of the road. I said I will have it here he blatantly didn’t want to give it to me while he was in the room I nearly threw up in my bin. I started crying my eyes out. I told him that I had to ring in sick for work, so I paid £60 for that room £120 lost wages the day before Christmas Eve. I couldn’t go and get my food shopping
