Viel versprochen, wenig erhalten, stark enttäuscht
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Taksim und kommt von dort schnell zu einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Verkehrsmitteln

Cons:

Beginnen wir mit den Zimmern:
Einfache abgenutzte Ausstattung, Küche ohne jegliche Ausstattung. Wozu dann Küche.
Starke Rauch und Geruchsbelästigung im Zimmer.
Das ganze Haus hat entgegen der Beschreibung keinen einzigen Balkon.
Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht und ein Zimmer zum Luftschacht bekommen.
Zimmertür defekt.
Nach Zimmertausch immer noch Probleme mit dem Schloss aber ein Fenster..... (Kein Balkon)
Der Frühstücksraum im zweiten Untergeschoss, ebenfalls Geruchsbelästigung (Toilettengeruch)
Das Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, Kaffee aus Pulver, Brot schon leicht abgetrocknet, Rührei erst nach Aufforderung.
Sauna im dritten Untergeschoss und nur in Verbindung mit anderen sehr kostspieligen Angeboten. ( Max60 Min. )
Schade, denn nach einem langen Tag auf den Beinen wäre ein Saunagang schön gewesen.
Wir hatten das Hotel wegen den guten Bewertungen gebucht, leider wurden wir enttäuscht.
Das nächste Mal also wieder etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum fürs gleiche Geld und top Service.

Pros:

اعجبني طاقم الإستقبال وخصوصا الأخ محمد متعاون جدا وكذلك بقية الطاقم، كذلك عجبتني نظافة الفندق،. أيضا وجبة الإفطار جيده. موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من جميع المرافق.

Cons:

حجم الغرف فقد كانت صغيره نوعا ما، وأيضا وجوده في منحدر مما يصعب الطلوع للشارع العام، تجربه لن تتكرر.

Ca am platit camera cu balcon si nu am primit , nici nu aveau camera cu balcon, in apartament aveau o chicineta dar nu exista farfurie, lingura , etc. Absolut nimic. Nu stiu ce rost avea plita cu hota , daca nu exista un ibric sa încălzesc laptele copiilor.

I guess the location was the best thing

Cons:

Rooms were dirty and you had the feeling everything on the maintenance was very neglected. We checked in late evening and our room was extremely dirty, hair was on the beds, dust in the bathroom and toothpaste stains in the shower. We then complained to the reception and we were offered another room. However, this one was just as dirty, the third room offered as well... But since it was late in the evening we decided to stay one night. However, this decision was revised after about half an hour, as the room could not be closed and a stranger tried to get into the room. Really terrible hotel! Not recommended
