It is a good hotel.
Pros:

The hotel location was good. At first they moved us to another room, but the next day the manager resolved the problem and offered us a better room. Excellent staff, they cleaned our room almost every day. If I go to Istanbul again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but the same for 12 days :)) I would have liked to change it up a bit

Disappointing
Pros:

Staff were helpful. Was moved to a suite. Location was good.

Cons:

Originally booked room with city view. Got a room with a wall view. Stayed in it 1 night. Unbearablely hot. Spoke to guy on reception and was moved to a 1 bedroom suite with street view, doors to open for air. Air con is controlled at reception. The rooms are out dated and bathrooms are moldy. No smart TV. Breakfast room is very small- 12 small tables. Not suitable for group of 6+. One morning a family group were standing around waiting for a table.

Pros:

Everything was great; the location is convenient for all public transportation, it's a quiet and peaceful, lovely family hotel, and the staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Ali. I would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it.

Pros:

Много добра локация, чисти стаи , много добра закуска и усмихнат персонал.

Cons:

Стаите нямат никаква опция за проветрение с външен въздух. Добре щеше да е , ако можеше да си запазваме паркинга.....

Намира се на страхотно място.

Cons:

Пише, че има паркинг, но на практика такъв няма и няма осигурено място за паркиране. Платихме за частен паркинг 30 евро за два дни, без да можем да ползваме колата през това време.

- bonne qualité d'accueil et du service du personnel, notamment de Monsieur Ali Öztürk et de Monsieur Metmet
- surclassement gratuit de la chambre Suite standard à Suite avec vue pour plusieurs nuitées.
- suite spacieuse et calme qui conviendrait très bien pour 3 à 4 personnes
- L'emplacement à dix minutes à pied de la place Taksim.
- arrêt de bus à proximité où passent plusieurs lignes différentes
- bon rapport qualité-prix
- rue calme avec plusieurs commerces et restaurants à proximité

Cons:

- la vue pour la chambre suite standard initialement réservée
- un peu chaud la nuit par manque d'aération.
- à la télévision, il n'y avait pratiquement que des chaînes de TV turque
