Exactly the Kind of Stay Kashmir Deserves!!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We booked Hotel 11 Boulevard mainly for the location — right across from Dal Lake — but it ended up winning us over for a lot more than that. This turned out to be one of the better luxury hotels in Srinagar, and honestly, a strong pick if you're hunting for the best hotel at Dal Lake.
The manager, Mr. Nayeem, deserves a special shoutout. He wasn't just polite in passing — he actually followed up to make sure things were sorted, which isn't something you get everywhere. That kind of hands-on management style makes a real difference to the overall stay.
Our room looked straight out onto the lake, with the Zabarwan hills sitting in the background — the kind of view that makes you want to just sit by the window with your morning tea. Speaking of which, the in-room tea/coffee maker got a lot of use, along with the mini-bar for late-night snacking. The 55-inch Smart TV and solid Wi-Fi meant we never had to compromise on downtime either.
Small details added up too: the AC unit kept the room comfortable regardless of the weather outside, the rain shower was a nice surprise, and having a hairdryer, iron, dental kit, and shaving kit on hand meant we packed lighter than usual. Housekeeping came by daily without us even asking, and the rooms stayed non-smoking and fresh throughout.
Logistically, everything just worked — 24-hour reception, a working elevator, help with luggage, a reliable laundry service, and a travel desk that pointed us toward some solid day trips around the city. Parking wasn't an issue either, which is rare for a hotel this central.
The real surprise, though, was the food street on the first floor. Having KFC, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee, Vaango, and Infino ice cream counter all in one place — with lake views and seating for over a hundred people — meant we never had to leave the property for a decent meal.
Location was quite good
There was no on-site restaurant , hotel took booking with breakfast and they served it only twice that to only 2 dishes and took around 4000 rs for 3 days breakfast also lift was not at all working , and they gave third floor room to me with my senior mom , hotel was unclean shabby dirty

Lift has very bad smell. Also in the first day we got little bit of bad smell in our room.

Stunning location overlooking the Dal lake. Its a very secured location just next to the CRPF camp. Nice and comfortable lake facing room & a good washroom wth all facilities & 24hrs hot water....I was allowed an early check-in.... very helpful reception staff.
The room took a little longer to get warm as it was very cold outside.....views get obstructed because of trees & hanging wires outside.....they do not provide room heaters but d split ac is put to warm mode which works ......
Outstanding location and service! Stunning views of dal lake. Zomato and Uber works perfectly! Ghat no 11 if I remember correctly, good shikara service and lots of options nearby to explore for coffee, food and shopping
Perhaps having some extra facilities as a hotel would be great but not complaining at all.
