Overall the stay is comfortable and economical.
Pros:

The location to nearby food within a short drive in less than 10 minutes. Mattress is comfortable enough. Ample parking on a weekday. Next door there is a restaurant. Staff is friendly.

Cons:

The bed frame makes some noise when you turn while sleeping. Staff not proficient on spoken english but luckily can communicate in cantonese dialect. There is no lift. You need to walk up the staircase to your room.

For short day stay with the room rate and the cleanliness , Stratigic location and friendly staff, it consider more then
Pros:

Clean room and clean toilet, staff friendly, Stratigic location and reasonable rate compare to the room.

Cons:

No welcome drink is ok , but it will be more ok If got electric cattle . However, due to the room rate was reasonable / cheap, for short term stay, it consider Ok.

Good for a good nite’s sleep
Pros:

Good location, close to city centre and fair value. Room was good, with a nice and comfortable bed. Clean sheets and linen. Bathroom was clean as well.

Cons:

Building facade and the reception area could be spruced up as well as the room floor could have been swept better.
