Pros:

リーズナブルで必要なものは最低限揃っていたところ
シャワーの水圧もしっかり出て、お湯もすぐに出たところはとても良かったです

Cons:

ベット、枕などにホコリや髪の毛が落ちていたり、チェックイン時バルコニーの鍵が空いていた状態だったことなどでセキュリティに少し不安があった

最低限の設備で安くなるのはありがたい

立地が良い、値段が安い
設備は最低限で構わなかったので良かった。

Cons:

特になし。地上波は見れなかったがBSさえ映れば問題なかったし、ほとんど外で過ごしていたので困らなかった。

Cerca a la estación y tiendas, es tranquilo, fácil de llegar. El cuarto estaba bien, tenía todo lo necesario para estar ahí. Me gustó 😊

安い。
不潔な部屋が気にならない人にはいい。

Cons:

入室してすぐに浴室を開けるとトイレから、尿が飛び散った後に放置したような異臭が放っておりとても使えなかった。また、浴室内はカビだらけで赤カビや黒カビなどそこら中に広がっていた。そのためすぐにLINEで連絡をし清掃してもらったが写真で送った部分のみでそれ以外の部分はカビがこびりついたまま。返信は早かったが清掃が全くダメ。

それから、ゴミがベットの下に入ってしまったので拾おうとベットの下を覗くとそこは埃だらけ。ハウスダストアレルギーがあるため、ベッドの下も掃除して欲しいとお願いしたが、ベッドの下は毎日の清掃項目に入っていないためできないと言われた。

エアコンの中、羽部分はカビだらけ。そのため寒かったですがエアコンは付けずに過ごしました。

他のレビューにもありますが、テレビは地デジは見れません。またテレビ周りも埃だらけ。冷蔵庫はありましたがとても小さいのが一つ。中は髪の毛や埃が入っておりとても使いたくありませんでした。
