Die Außenanlage war schön, wie auf den Bildern.

Cons:

Die Gastgeber wirkten freundlich, habe sie aber nur kurz zu Gesicht bekommen. Ich wurde empfangen und mir wurde schnell mein Zimmer übergeben - irgendwie so vom Gefühl zwischen Tür und Angel - mit der Aussage, dass sie normalerweise einen kleinen Begrüßungssnack/Obst und Getränke servieren und man das morgen nachholen wolle. Was nie passiert ist. Sowas erwarte ich auch nicht und ist mir auch nicht wichtig, aber so wirklich willkommen gefühlt hat man sich nicht. Danach hatte ich ihn auch nicht mehr gesehen.
Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung, leider nicht 100% sauber. Ich bin da auch nicht pingelig, aber wenn noch Dreck und Haarbüschel in der Dusche liegen, ist es dann doch recht unschön.

Patricia & Luis sont les meilleurs des hôtes !
Discrets mais aux petits soins, un accueil chaleureux avec jus délicieux et pain à la banane fait maison :)
Un petit déjeuner a été préparé uniquement pour ma fille car j'ai des allergies alimentaires et ils ne souhaitaient pas prendre de risques, elle a été comblée ! Merci infiniment de nouveau.
C'est un petit paradis sur Terre, nous reviendrons mais plus longtemps cette fois vous revoir :)

Alojamento aquém da expectativa

Vistas para o mar incríveis
Simpatia e disponibilidade do proprietário em ajudar e resolver problemas.

Cons:

A água da piscina tinha demasiado cloro e estava pouco limpa(cheia de folhas e partículas)

Os quartos não dispõem de ar condicionado (apenas uma pequenina ventoinha), o que complicou muito o descanso noturno em dias de calor intenso como aquele que nos calhou. Acho que se justifica para um alojamento destes poder oferecer essa comodidade aos hóspedes mais sensíveis/com condições de saúde particulares (gravidez no meu caso)

As casas de banho não dispõem de nenhum armário de apoio para arrumação de produtos.

Não está claro no site da booking que a casa é partilhada com os proprietários e com mais 2 casais/familias, o que a classificaria melhor dentro de um conceito de “guest house”, mas com o inconveniente de não se poder utilizar a cozinha, ou de ter o pequeno almoço incluído na estadia

Amazing sunset from the pool!

Patricia and Luis gave us such a warm and exceptional welcome!
The homemade juice and cake they offered were a lovely and much-appreciated touch.

The pool and the sunset view were simply stunning – even better than in the photos! We didn't have anything better while our stay in 4 different accommodations.

The little town of Jardim do Mar is absolutely charming and feels so different from many other places on the island.
Peaceful and car-free (you leave your car at the entrance of this tiny town), it truly gives off that perfect vacation vibe.

We absolutely loved our stay and our choice!

Cons:

We were two couples staying in two separate accommodations, but there were only two sun loungers available.
Having two more would have been greatly appreciated.

Heerlijke plek op Madeira
Pros:

De mooie tuin, het uitzicht, de vrijheid, de rust, de kunst die er te zien was en vooral niet te vergeten: de goede verzorging. Toen we aankwamen kregen we eigengemaakte mangosap met bananancake. Sommige spullen zijn gedateerd, maar als je dat geen punt vindt, heb je hier een geweldig verblijf.
