Nice Hotel. Comfortable Stay. They provide what is stated by them.
Pros:

1) Perfect Location - The property is situated on the main highway. It’s just 2.5 kms away from the city and Mau railway station. But it’s very peaceful here.
2) Free Parking - There is ample space for parking your vehicle. Vehicle of any size can easily be parked here. No headache for that.
3) Supportive Staffs - I have been to a few hotels in Mau, but the staffs here are very polite and supportive. They will go to the extent to arrange things for you. A big thumbs up for them.
4) Elevator - The property is accessible through lift.
5) Complementary benefits - They provide complementary tea & biscuits, couple of mineral water bottles, Chips, for free which I didn’t find anywhere else in Mau. The Welcome Kit (toiletries) is also a unique thing here.
6) Newly furnished Rooms - The rooms have been renovated very recently. The beds are comfy. The rooms have been designed keeping in minds the needs and utilities of the customers. And those small little decors look aesthetic.
Cleanliness - The property is neat and clean.

Cons:

Nothing as such to dislike about the property. They provide what is stated on the booking site.And the staff was courteous enough to arrange food from outside. You can’t ask for things which they have already stated they can’t provide.

Accommodative and Cooperative staffs. The rooms are the best at this rate in a town like Mau.
Pros:

I was auto upgraded to Deluxe Queen Room. My room was nice and comfortable. The staffs were Accommodative and Cooperative. They tried to address all the issues as quickly as possible.
The location is great. Their rooms are being renovated. I had been to 3-4 hotels in Mau, but their rooms are the best - neat and clean, simple and comfortable. And those beautiful lamps!!
The breakfast was good but paid one (not complementary). I had ordered a fruit platter along with boiled eggs. However, they don’t charge exorbitantly. It’s fairly priced.
Plus, they provide you with a complementary Welcome Kit (basically toiletries), a bottle of mineral water and beverages. It’s accessible by elevator. Parking is not an issue at all. Ample parking space available. You can’t demand more in these small towns at this price.
Overall, it was a good experience. Will prefer my stay here again.

Cons:

They have a lot of space, but it’s not utilised well. Hope they address it. Plus breakfast menu can be made more diversified.

A Pleasant Surprise in an otherwise Small Town like Mau.
Pros:

They have one of the best rooms in the city at this rate - just simple and serene. The staffs are very friendly and polite especially the staff named Chandan.
A surprise among others was the complementary “Welcome Kit” that they provide. I didn’t expect these things in this town. Besides, Wi-Fi, lift, coffee makers and other basics were in place.
Will definitely prefer it when I visit here again.

Cons:

Nothing as such to dislike about my stay.

Provides Quality Services at a Very Affordable Price. Worth Recommending!!
Pros:

The Hotel is located beside the main Highway connecting Ballia, Gorakhpur and Varanasi. The location is perfect for business as well as vacation trips. There are nearby places to visit as well.
The room was neat and clean. The bed and linen was clean and comfortable. They provided us with clean comforter and cushions.
They also provided us with a Complimentary Welcome Kit (Toiletries and Dental Kit), Complementary Tea/Coffee Kit, Electric Kettle and a bottle of water. There was ample space for car parking.
Our room was located on 2nd Floor and was accessible by Lift.
The room was well furnished decorated with beautiful lamps. Finally, they have supportive staffs who are well behaved.

Cons:

A restaurant in the hotel would have made the stay all the more complete.
