Not bad for the money just be aware of the shared bathrooms condition
Pros:

the room itself wasn't bad the staff were friendly and kitchen was good

Cons:

the rug in the room was stained and filthy, rather it be removed than have it in there at all. shower/bathtub was leaking whenever shower was in use soaking the entire floor. bathroom had mould on the ceiling and grout was severely stained, bathroom not in the best condition. not enough utensils as when we needed forks there were none since the other tenants took the only 2 (not enough considering there are around 4 rooms) the wifi was pretty much useless as our room was upstairs but the wifi only worked downstairs if that even worked at all. the fire alarm seemed to have been taken apart and not in order, which is a giant hazard if you ask me.

Pros:

Emplacement pas loin du métro.
Quartier.

Cons:

Chambre seulement en étage. Escalier très raide (j'étais blessée)
Toilettes communes aux 4 chambres au Rdc.
Salle de bains en étage également commune aux 4 chambres. Moisissures dans la baignoire.
Wifi existant mais débit insuffisant au vu du nombre d'utilisateurs
Cuisine également commune en Rdc que nous n'avons pas utilisée car nous aurions dû manger dans la chambre.
Un peu de bruit lié au voisinage interne à la maison.

Estaba muy cerca del centro el casero era súper majo nos ayudó en todo momento se portó fenomenal si quieres algo que solo sea para dormir y el resto ver pues es tu sitio por lo que pagas lo tienes tampoco esperes el hotel de tu vida eso está claro

El baño cheiraba a Merda pd si os queréis duchar llevaros chanclas yo no me fiaría JAJAJ

Das Gemeinsame Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe, eigentlich eine Zumutung und nicht zu benutzen. Schimmelbefall und heruntergekommene, beschädigte Ausstattung

Pros:

Gar nichts.

Cons:

Es wurde im Internet anders dargestellt als es eigentlich war. Man dachte es sei eine Ferienwohnung/Airbnb jedoch war es wie eine WG. Es gab ein Gemeinschaftsbad, dies war oben an der Decke schon mit Schimmel versehen. Die Türen hatten Spalten, keine Provtashphäre. Allgemein sehr hellhörig. Gegend sehr abschreckend. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist!
