Dobre jedzenie, baseny czyste, hotel wygodny, personel pomocny usmiechniety, Bardzo dobre i tanie Drinki

Cons:

Bardzo nie wygodne łóżka, kupiliśmy pokoj z dużym łóżkiem plus dostawka i rozkładana sofa a w rezultacie było lozko i rozkładana sofa której materace sie rozjeżdżają i dzieci wylądowały u nas . Materace bardzo miękkie zapadające sie . Wstawaliśmy połamani. W pokojach wszystko słychać.

It was my first all inclusive experience, and may be it is not really my type of holiday. Despite that, we really liked the pools and great choice in food.

Cons:

Most of the staff is very friendly, but in my opinion the people behind the desk could be slightly friendlier. It about details, but when you're approached with 'what's your problem?' instead of 'how can i help you' for example, that would be friendlier in my opinion. Also, I think this is typical for a all inclusive, there are not enough beds outside for all the guests and don't expect too much from the cocktails etc. It is okeish for having a drink ;)

Soggiorno in famiglia
Pros:

Soggiorno in famiglia andato oltre le aspettative. La struttura è ben tenuta e dotata di molti comfort. Camera ampia, dotata di tutto: minifrigo, smart Tv, bagno spazioso, letti comodissimi ed aria condizionata eccellente. Doppia piscina con scivoli, molto apprezzati dai bambini. Un'ottima Spa con diversi servizi ed una piccola palestra per il minimo indispensabile. Possibilità di usufruire anche della spiaggia (non particolarmente attraente) ma non siamo mai andati. La colazione a buffet è eccellente ed hai l'imbarazzo della scelta, oltre che una grande qualità. Non ho usufruito dell'All inclusive ma la proposta a pranzo e cena rispecchia gli standard della colazione: eccellente! Staff disponibile e con un buon inglese.

Cons:

piccole cose: migliorare gli allagamenti se fai la doccia in bagno. Se non sei molto attento, l'acqua arriva in camera. La nostra porta era rovinata dall'acqua. Ristorante Garibaldi si può migliorare ma c'è tanta buona volontà dallo staff. Alla fine rischi di non andare al mare con tutti i servizi dell'Hotel

Niet aan te raden!
Pros:

Het zwembad.

Cons:

- kamer was niet heel schoon. Veel stof, haren in het putje.
- we hadden expres en suite geboekt zodat we tijdens het slaapje van ons kind op het ruime balkon konden zitten. Geen licht. Zaten we daar met onze zaklamp van de telefoon.
- All in clusive viel zo tegen dat we dit wilden terug boeken naar enkel ontbijt. We zouden ons geld, wat niet om een paar tientjes gaat, terug krijgen. Super fijn, dachten we in eerste instantie. Nu, bijna twee maanden later, nogsteeds geen geld. Meerdere malen contact gezocht met het hotel maar ik krijg enkel te horen dat het even kan duren. Heel slecht!

Świetny hotel dla rodziny
Pros:

Ciepła woda w basenie dla dzieci, dobre różnorodne jedzenie, klimatyzacja, plac zabaw dla dzieci na dworze, blisko morza, miła obsługa, czystość

Cons:

Brak atrakcji dla dzieci w hotelu jakis pokój zabaw, za mało miejsca na łózku dla 3 osób, było nas 4 osoby i jedno dziecko spało z nami na łóżku - mało wygodne rozwiązanie ale do wytrzymania. :)

An Absolute Gem – Incredible Staff
Pros:

Cannnot say enough good things about my stay at the Henry Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They are incredibly friendly, always greeting you with a smile, and genuinely helpful with absolutely anything you need.
​A massive shoutout to the team at the pool bar as well! It is an amazing spot to unwind. The drinks are fantastic, the vibe is perfect, and the service there is just as exceptional as the rest of the hotel.
​If you are looking for a hotel with top-tier hospitality and a great atmosphere, this is it. I will definitely be back!

Pros:

Good overall all inclusive experience, staff was helpful, good food and a lot of options, they also helped with arranging a taxi from the airport, the room was clean.

Cons:

The fried snacks were a bit dry and pool bar does not refrigerate the juices so the cocktails were a bit warm although they were iced, hair dryer in the bathroom worked only for brief periods and then needed time for it to be usable again. I also think that it could be safer if lifeguard was present since there is an aquapark there and a lot of children.

الافطار لذيذ ومكان الاقامه جيد لكن التعامل سيء وعدم احترام بيعملو حجز للغرف لاكثر من شخص في نفس الوقت انا حصل معي اجو قبل مايناهي حجزي بيوم وقال لازم ننقلك الى اوتيل تاني لانو الغرفه محجوزه هذا ازعاج وتوتر لذلك المكان غير موثوق

Scappate! Posto da incubo!

Assolutamente nulla!

Sarò breve! Prima dell arrivo due transazioni per la stessa stanza, ops una svista. Ancora non rimborsata. Arrivo. Eravamo 4 persone 2 adulti e due bambini di 7 anni, in stanza al posto di un 4 letto perché ovviamente la stanza era un buco mi mettono un lettino da neonato da campeggio. La pulizia? Non vi commento neanche perché se non torno con qualche malattia. Lavano tutto a mano. Senza sapone. Ciliegina sulla torta. Noi dovevamo andare via lunedì ma loro pensano bene domenica di buttarci fuori senza dirci nulla. Me lo comunica la donna delle pulizie, mi danno un altro hotel che io non avevo prenotato e che era mooolto peggio di questo in tutto. Io e i miei bagagli e i due bambini restiamo senza stanza per oltre 5 ore sotto il caldo. Nell altro hotel mi danno una stanza per pietà. I miei bagagli ancora non arrivano. Alle 14:30 li chiamo minacciandoli di chiamare la polizia. Il receptionist prende il pulmino e li porta lui all hotel. Un esperienza da incubo e non escludo che mi rivolga ad un legale!

Pros:

La nourriture était très peu variée. Le seul point positif, c’est le personnel. C’est dans un village éloigné de tout pour des jeunes, c’est vraiment pas affaire.

Aucun regret nous reviendrons
Pros:

Le personnel était aux petits soins,
Mention spéciale à Dori et Joni ils étaient vraiment très gentils et souriants.

L’équipe FRAM a fait de chouettes animations ouvertes à tous.
Le buffet était très varié
La chambre était spacieuse, la piscine assez grande et propre

Cons:

Nous avions une énorme terrasse au 1er. En soi c’est sympa mais la vue donnait sur les immeubles autour et n’était pas aménagée. Bcp de gouttes tombaient des pins. C est dommage car avec un peu d aménagement, de faux gazon, d’un salon de jardin et de plantes décoratives elle pourrait être très jolie.
La hélas nous ne n’aimions pas y aller.
Pas assez de machines à café fonctionnelles, le matin il y a vite une file d attente et souvent elles tombent en panne surtout celle de la seconde salle a manger.
