Bardzo przyjemny hotel, jest spa, siłownia, basen, byliśmy w maju i niskie obłożenie, w związku z czym na basenie dużo wolnych leżaków. Jedzenie smaczne z różnorodnym wyborem, pyszna kawa. Plaża blisko jednak brudna, dużo przyjemniej siedziało się w hotelu. Wieczorem można było posaunować, na saunach jak i basenie wewnętrznym raczej mało ludzi.

Personnes à la réception très désagréables! Vous posez une question, on vous regarde en faisant la grimace sans vous répondre. On vous laisse patienter sans réponse pendant 20 minutes. La chambre a été donnée le 1er jour après 15h30 après insistance!On nous a dit le dernier jour vous pourrez quitter plus tard à l'heure souhaitée...bien sure chose qui a été oubliée le jour du départ et on nous a chassé de la chambre à faire nos valises dans l'urgence à 11h. Vous demandez des renseignements à l'accueil, on vous dit qu'on vous appelle avec l'information...et bien nous attendons toujours...Le piscine intérieure du spa n'est pas chauffée! (plus froide qu'une piscine communale - pourtant un e-mail avait bien été envoyé à l'établissement avant réservation pour confirmer qu'elle était chauffée - essentiel pour un voyage avec enfants en bas age en mai!). Le Jaccuzzi n'est pas rempli d'eau donc pas fonctionnel. Les saunas et hammam ne sont pas lancés donc impossible d'en profiter! Au déjeuner les oranges sont rationnées, ils en mettent une dizaine et puis fini... Pareil pour le lait...on vous dit qu'il n'y en a plus...bonne chance pour les cereales sans lait... Le Miniclub est dans un état lamentable et très très sale. Vous pourrez profiter de l'horrible vue sur le batiment a côté en construction et à l'abandon depuis des années selon moi depuis la piscine et les chambres. Nous etions en petit déjeuner et nous nous sommes installés au restaurant à la carte pour manger (prix assez élevés correspondant à un restaurant assez haut de gamme pour l'Albanie). On nous a invités à aller chercher la carte à la reception pour choisir quoi manger car on nous a expliqué que les serveurs n'apportent pas les cartes à table et ne nous servirons pas de boissons a table (à aller chercher nous memes au bar principal). Du jamais vu dans un restaurant ou on paie le prix fort!

En el baño olía un poco. El spa, jacuzzi apagado, saunas frías o apagadas y la chica del spa bastante desagradable.
We had an excellent stay at Henry hotel. Everything was perfect—from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and professional staff. The service exceeded my expectations, and the overall atmosphere made I feel relaxed and welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
Nothing to dislik
Zwembaden. Waren schoon en al voor 1 mei open vanwege het mooie weer.
Airco en minibar werkten beide niet en weer niet opgelost. Pas na boos worden kregen we een nieuwe kamer maar ook hier stopte de airco na 2 dagen.

Out of the season you go for indoor pool and the water was ice cold and they refused to warm it up.
Restaurant food was ice cold too.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, with an excellent location close to the beach. Both indoor and outdoor pools were great, and the spa facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath) added real value to the stay. The suite room was comfortable and well equipped. The food was very good, and the breakfast was rich and satisfying.
Overall, everything was good. Minor improvements could be made in service speed during busy hours, but nothing that significantly affected the experience.
