The facilities were clean. Nice pool.
Rude and unprofessionel staff, especially in the reception. Always with their phones in their hands and barely said hallo. Some of the waiters were nice! Weird smell in the bathroom. Boring breakfast and no information about what it was or what it was mad of.
The suite was beautiful and all, but the jacuzzi was not clean. Couldn't even try it unfortunately.
Great hotel with fair prices. Super friendly staff, especially Frank_Keko – a true gentleman. Lovely spa with caring massage therapists. Highly recommended!
The property was very modern and with great accommodation. The facilities aswell were great, from the Gym, to the Sauna, Jacuzzi and so on.
The food was extraordinary, with a variety of choices for everyone.

I recently stayed at Henry resort &Spa and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The location was perfect – I especially enjoyed the hotel’s pool, restaurant, or spa, which added an extra layer of relaxation to my visit.
Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the staff was always happy to assist with any requests. The attention to detail and the personalized service really made this stay memorable.
I would highly recommend Hotel Henry resort &Spa to anyone visiting Albania… I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!
