Pros:

The hotel management was completely unaware that I had made an advance booking through Booking.com website. There was a huge communication gap. It seems they have no connection with Booking.com. Hotel management cancelled my prior booking of Booking.com, and I was charged double rate for the same room.

Cons:

Very bad Communication between hotel and Booking.com
Irresponsible behaviour with Customers of Booking.com

Overall it was excellent experience. Complete value for money with excellent location/fantastic food

Location is superb. Breakfast was excellent and staff has been very nice

Cons:

Cleanliness of bedsheets could have been better.
In the bathroom smoking smell was coming and also provision to hang used towels for drying in the bathroom would be better.

Pros:

El personal fue súper atento y agradable. Tuvimos un imprevisto y llegamos más tarde, pero nos ayudaron y solucionaron el problema, nos esperaron para recibirnos y nos dejaron la cena preparada en la habitación. Todo delicioso!

Cons:

La habitación era increíble, con luces led, super limpia y ordenada. Nos llamó la atención que al ducharnos teníamos que llevar cuidado ya que el baño se inundaba un poco y si no poníamos una toalla en la puerta el agua se salía hacia la habitación. Pero insisto, la habitación era un lujo y nos encantó de todos modos.

My husband and I were on our romantic getaway to Jaisalmer and stayed at Hotel Jaisal INN. We had a fantastic experience with luxurious amenities, impeccable services, and excellent room views.

I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area.I will recommend others for sure!

Exceptional!! Great value for money.
