綺麗で駅から近くとても便利です

It was comfortable, and the staff was nice.
Nothing it was a cozy place.
The close proximity to Kinshicho station JR and metro lines. Easy to transportation to Tokyo station, Skytree/Sumida river, Disneyland resorts etc. Easy access to 2 local supermarkets and 3 good and cheap eat ramen shops. The apartment has lift facility, so no fear of lugging bags up the stairs,. By the way we were allocated the room on the 8th floor.
We stayed for 12 nights at the apartment despite that there was no room house keeping/cleaning service unless we pay for additional service fees. It would appear that there is no appreciation for mid term stay tourists. ⁶
Good location, near train station, department store, restaurant and bar.
Good proximity to the metro, nice price, straightforward instructions beforehand about the check-in. Amenities such as washing machine were great.
Sketchy area, door from the shower goes straight into the room, no place to undress or put your clothes.
Petit appartement mais proche des lignes de métros et JR. Les installations comme la douche, les toilettes et la machine a laver étaient parfaites ainsi que la partie sécuritaire.
Assez étroit notamment avec des valises mais dans la norme Tokyoïte.
The space was small, but had everything one would need for a short stay. The facilities were in very good shape. It is close to Kinsicho train and bus station and only a 15 minute train ride to Tokyo Station.
The space is small with very little horizontal surface space. After making a cup of tea, you could only sit on the bed and hold it in your hand. Also, there is a balcony but the bed is pushed up against the sliding glass door making it difficult to access the balcony.
Our stay at the accommodation was excellent! The space was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant and relaxing experience. Special mention goes to the host, who was friendly, helpful, and always available.
While the neighborhood wasn’t the most picturesque or well-organized, we felt safe and had easy access to the city center, either by public transport or on foot. The accommodation serves as a great base for exploring the area and offers a high standard of comfort at a very reasonable price.
We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality lodging with great value for money.

床跟被子很舒服。
地點很棒離車站很近。
有陽台也很棒，冰箱、電視、洗衣機都很棒。
有附洗衣粉。
洗衣機裡面的濾網沒有清，要用之前還要自己清潔一下。
房間很乾淨，也很安靜，可以去超市買食材回來料理
床太軟了，起來會感覺腰酸背痛
房間很新也很乾淨，設備非常齊全 (洗衣機、電視、冷暖氣、微波爐、電磁爐與餐具鍋具等)，消耗品也充足 (沐浴乳洗髮精、衛生紙、洗衣精等)。廁所與淋浴間是分離的。地點超好，周邊有很多便利商店、餐廳及百貨公司，走路五分鐘可到錦糸町車站 (車站前後都有很多餐廳喔)。
房間比想像中小，不過設施齊全所以仍然非常滿意！行李也可攤開收納在床底下。衣服洗好較少室內空間可晾，不過外面有陽台，冬天下雨可以放室內吹暖氣會乾。
