good for one night stay, next time we will choose the bigger hotel with spa.
Pros:

the surrounding is nice, property was clean, we enjoyed breakfast.

Cons:

the voucher was not explained to us hence the confusion. maybe there should be more English/German lessons for staff so they are open to speak other languages, not only Polish.

Kurzaufenthalt in Jelenia Gora
Pros:

Waren schon mehrmals im Hotel Alles sauber Preis Leistung O.k. Frühstück super !!

Cons:

Nach Besitzer Wechsel waren mal Haustiere erlaubt und mal nicht .Zur Zeit kann man Haustiere mitnehmen !
Aber die Gebühren sind mehr als deftig Am 1. Tag 100 zt
und am darauf folgenden Tag 50 zt pro Tag und Tier
Werde wohl beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Jelenia Gora dann doch lieber eine Alternative wählen die es dort gibt.

Прекрасное размещение, очень красиво в замке, парковка обслуживание, персонал, номера уютные чистые в соотношении цены и качества большие молодцы 👏 В ресторане очень уютно, еда и обслуживание на хорошем уровне 🙏
