Bardzo wygodny materac. Dwie wygodne poduszki. Odpowiednia ilość gniazdek elektrycznych w odpowiednich miejscach. Przestronna jasna, ciepła łazienka.

Rozczarowany i lekko zawiedziony.
Pros:

Obiekt położony z dala od miasta ale w miłych okolicznościach przyrody. Bardzo dobre śniadanie w pięknej sali. Podczas śniadania miła i uczynna obsługa.

Pani w recepcji powinna przejść przeszkolenie z budowania właściwych relacji z Gośćmi hotelu. To pierwsze wrażenie pozostaje w pamięci. Szkoda. Pokój niby Deluxe - w przyziemiu. Zwykły, niezbyt duży pokój, bardzo przeciętnie zlokalizowany. Na korytarzu, przy pokoju (nr 20) wózki z brudną pościelą.. Trochę to amatorskie jak na PALAC... Może miałem pecha z tym pokojem i panią w recepcji. Czy będę chciał zawitać ponownie ? Nie wiem...

Parádní snídaně, milý personál, příjemná lokalita, sauna zdarma.

Cons:

Jsou to asi drobnosti, ale… Když člověk chtěl večer opravdu teplou vodu, musel pákovku otočit úplně nadoraz. A chyběla lednička, což může být v létě problém.

Opravdu krásné prostředí uvnitř, téměř jako na zámku.

Cons:

Bazén mimo areál, v jiném hotelu, SPA sice v ceně, ale na objednání a čekáte i tři dny, takže během víkendu nejste schopni stihnout, masáže tak stejně. Dojeli jsme na víkend, zjistili, že do sauny, bazénu, ani na masáže se nedostaneme. Peníze v háji, jeli jsme domů.. 🤭
