Réservation confirmée, mais à notre arrivée on nous annonce qu’il n’y a finalement plus de chambre disponible. On nous impose alors un relogement dans un autre hôtel du groupe : Swing & Pillows Chow Kit Road.

Je tiens à être très clair : même avec toute la bonne volonté du monde, il est strictement impossible de dormir dans cet hôtel. L’isolation phonique est inexistante. Le bruit de la route est constant, voitures et motos passent et grondent toute la nuit sans aucune interruption. Ce n’est pas un simple inconfort, c’est une nuit blanche assurée.

En plus de cela, on nous a demandé de verser un dépôt de garantie pour la chambre. Il nous a été assuré que quelqu’un serait présent pour nous le restituer, mais personne n’était là au moment du départ, et le dépôt ne nous a pas été rendu comme promis.

Aucune solution, aucune considération pour le client, et une expérience totalement gâchée.
Si vous tenez un minimum à votre sommeil, fuyez. Je déconseille formellement cet établissement et leur réseau.

Our reservation was confirmed, but upon arrival we were told that there was no room available. We were then forced to relocate to another hotel from the same group: Swing & Pillows Chow Kit Road.

I want to be absolutely clear: even with all the goodwill in the world, it is strictly impossible to sleep in this hotel. The soundproofing is nonexistent. The noise from the street is constant — cars and motorcycles pass by and roar all night long without any break. This is not a minor inconvenience; a sleepless night is guaranteed.

On top of that, we were asked to pay a security deposit for the room. We were told that someone would be there to return it, but no one was present when we checked out, and the deposit was not returned as promised.

No solution was offered, no consideration for the guest, and the entire experience was completely ruined.
If you care even slightly about getting some rest, avoid this place at all costs.

Pros:

Near to KPJ and easy access to parking
Near with haslam restaurant for iftar,zus coffee and bakery

Cons:

Tha faucet is leaking.
One of the bed are noisy.non stop creaking and one of the mattress are not good for back.my sibling got backache in the morning.
One of the plug got no cover,its so dangerous.kid will try to touch it and possible got electrocution.

The aircond functioning well,the hot water running good

Cons:

Not enough towel,stay for 4 person,only 2 towel given,no lif,only stair..not good for old people,
The bathroom not so clean,there dirty smudge on sink.
Also a red smudge like blood at blanket
And TV not functioning
