Pros:

The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is clean and well taken care of. The breakfast is great!

Cons:

If you want sleep, don’t stay here. Absolutely impossible to sleep, in this location. Construction all night long, traffic and horns all night long til the morning. That is the only complaint I really have of this place. The staff and facilities are perfect. Just hate the noise

Fantastic rooftop and food
Pros:

Excellent value for money. The rooftop is really great—I recommend claiming the welcome drink; it’s delicious, and the food is fantastic! We loved having dinner in the rooftop!Excellent view, service, and good prices. I stayed in two rooms: the first was a bit small, but the second was much more spacious. I recommend this hotel. And don’t dijo the rooftop!

Correcto para una estancia corta, pero mal el baño
Pros:

Yo recomendaría no dejarse guiar por los estándares filipinos y en general rebajar las expectativas, porque me cuesta creer que este hotel tenga un 8,1 de valoración media (en abril de 2026 que es cuando me he alojado). El wifi iba bien, las camas eran cómodas y el desayuno estaba correcto (un plato a elegir entre varias cosas y algo de fruta y café para servirte tú mismo).

Cons:

El baño un poco desastre. Encontramos pelos en el suelo. No entiendo si tuvimos mala suerte ese día, pero no había agua caliente y salía con poca presión. La ducha no tenía mampara y habían colocado el inodoro justo de frente a la ducha de forma que acabó completamente calado. Quizás en habitaciones superiores no pasara lo mismo. El pasillo de la planta olía a cañerías.

Great location but lacking in some areas perfect for a lay over between flights
Pros:

The location is very good a 7 eleven around the corner a pharmacy next door. The air con in the room was also good.

Cons:

You can’t use the pool on the top floor just for show nor can you sun lounge nor is the gym ready. The breakfast is extremely limited. Yes in the Philippines but some cereals/porridge or toast/bagel and extra fruit options with yogurt could be considered it was all dinners versus breakfast. The shower floods the bathroom so just be mindful to have your belongings or towels on the surface if showering.

Checking in process was seamless, and staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fine, good selection. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Limited supply of bathroom essentials, e.g., soap, shampoo, toilet paper.
There was a water dispenser in the hallway, for fresh drinking water. However, the unit operated on electricity, and there was no adjacent power outlet.

Good except the dinner comment

It was an Easter holiday
Staff that was at door said their restaurant wasn’t open for dinner.
We find out it was after we scouted around for a decent place to eat !!
Wasn’t happy.
