I love the place! I will definitely come back. The hosts were amazingly kind friendly and helpful.

Hotel na poziomie europejskim, jakich mało w Azji. Należy poprawić jakość toalet we Foyer hotelowym. Brak papieru toaletowego, ręczników papierowych, deski na toaletę.

Chambre propre et efficace avec tout le confort nécessaire
Personnel gentil et serviable

Cons:

Petit déjeuner vraiment limite. Pour un hôtel de ce standing c’est décevant! Autant ne pas proposer de petit déjeuner. Les fruits sont censés être en libre service à volonté. Il n’y en avait pas le deuxième jour et rien pour remplacer. Ils ont cependant essayer de faire un effort et accepté de nous resservir des œufs. Ce geste était appréciable. Mais le concept est à revoir

Nice location and hotel overall
Pros:

Location near Chonghua hospital. Onsite food options, near Fuente Circle, staff friendliness. Facility cleanliness.

Cons:

Pool was complete but not open to guests. Everyday, one of the limited number of breakfast options were out of stock. As a restaurant owner, this should be unacceptable and is a result of inadequate management of supplies, meaning it can be fixed. Some Seared Prime breakfast staff seemed uninterested in their jobs. At one point 8 staff and people were having to ask for water and for orders to be taken. Not very organized. The onyx resto was much better, service and food was very good. Management of that resto was clearly more competent. Sadly, we are used to poor service in Cebu City so we did not penalize our overall review, HOWEVER, while this was our first stay at Amber, we are more likely to return to our tried and true hotel nearby for our subsequent visits to Cebu City.We tried Amber because of the location mostly.

Perfect place for Sinulog
Pros:

Love the location right across Robinsons Cybergate . Inside that Mall are tons of food options. Breakfast is good too! Staff very friendly , attentive and respond right away to request. Room very clean .
