Pros:

Housekeeper Mammatha was good at her work.

Cons:

Food was not consistent
Rude dishonest lady receptiontist.
All staff looked tired, nobody greeted nor welcoming. Until we smiled, said hello. All were in sad mood.
Linen towels were old and worn out.
Complimentary water bottles had be asked every day.
By end of our 5th night. We were tired of everything.
Overall poor management.

Pros:

Staff is polite. Location is good.

Cons:

Shower was not working and the bathroom partition glass door was broken. Just because we make an online reservation that should not mean they can give any room with damages or malfunction. First time when we stayed , everything was good. Last week stay was just passable
