The check in time is 2 pm but advertised as noon time. Room was not clean and ready upon arrival at 3 pm on 26th dec 2023. Only 1 towel was provided although had booked room for 2 guests. Hot water was not available for shower. Car parking area is very limited. Reception response was below par. Better options available close by in the vicinity such as Treebo hotels which gives much superior service at similar pricing.

It is conveniently located near the new bus stand in Pondicherry. We had checked out of another hotel by morning and our bus/ train was at night. Needed a place to stay till then that was not heavy on pocket.
Nothing specific as it was value for money for few hours of stay. It is not luxurious compared to bigger hotels for longer stay.
