As hotel & banquit The hotel people are saying that we do not accept online payments and they are saying that we will take 1500 rupees per payment. The hotel staff and manager say that we cannot pay at this price, the price you have booked. The hotel staff and manager of the hotel say that we will not accept it and they refused to give me the room, that is why I did not stay in that hotel.
The hotel staff and manager clearly refused to give me the room. They were taking 1500 rupees from me and saying that they do not accept bookings through booking.com or any other digital app. This hotel is very useless. It should be removed from the net because I faced a lot of problems after going there.

I liked the view from our room and the location was few far but nice
I didn't liked the room service because there was many diets below the bed and aur conditioner wasn't working properly and also we faced lighting problem and please provide chilled water during summer

Very bad experience of staying at this hotel. They are charging more money than the listed price upon arrival. Even though I made a full payment online through booking.com, they have charged me 300Rs extra upon arrival. The person at hotel reception named "Nikesh Bundela" misbehaved with us and spoke in very rude manner upon asking why are they charging extra money than the listed price. The hotel is full of mosquitoes and its too dirty.we were new at hazaribagh and there was no other hotel in it's proximity, we had no option other than paying him 300 extra bucks to let us stay there.

I liked NOTHING in this hotel.
This Hotel should be removed from listings in Hotel booking sites and apps.
Highly disappointed and enraged with their Rudeness and Unhospitable attitude.
Also they charged us more than the booking amount and they were not allowing us to check in despite 6days prior booking if we were not ready to pay extraa amount and We were threatened to leave because we urgently needed that room we paid extra amount.
The bedsheets and every other things very so dirty and used one.
Moreover Customer Care executives were also of no Help.
If possible then Location should be in the city area it's look like outside areas
