I loved the location.

5-10 min walking distance to MOA ARENA, so perfect for those watching a concert in that venue.

The building also has a mini grocery, and a few restaurants, a spa, and a cafe, plus it's just right in front of a BDO and WATSONS Branch.

Non consiglio questo appartamento se volete passare una notte in serenità e riposati: puzza di muffa troppo forte, letto
Pros:

La signora responsabile dell’appartamento ha risposto sempre in modo veloce e disponibile. La camera sembrava pulita anche se non in tutto e per tutto (le maniglie della cucina erano incrostate di sporco).

Cons:

La puzza di muffa che si sentiva in tutto l’appartamento sopratutto in bagno e la puzza che è aumentata dopo aver acceso l’aria condizionata. Mi sono svegliata nel cuore della notte con la bocca asciutta e un sapore di muffa in bocca terrificante. Il letto anche non era comodissimo, erano praticamente due materasso uno sopra le altro e si sentivano le molle sotto.
Inoltre non c’era l’acqua calda, ho scritto alla proprietaria per risolvere il problema ma non è cambiato nulla.

The place is nice and the location is superb. It’s only a walking distance to MOA.
Pros:

I like the room, bed is a good size and comfortable. It’s clean and well-organized

Cons:

Checking-in. I don’t really get it why the Reception took so long to let us in. They were looking for something that was already there.
