Limpeza e condições do colchão (estava com as molas expostas, e me machuquei), além do telefone de contato do proprietário não atender (número inválido).
A localização é muito boa, assim como a recepção e os funcionários todos muito educados e prestativos.
O colchão da cama está com as molas aparentes machucando quando deita. O box está com vazamento que alaga todo o banheiro quando tomamos banho. Não tinha sabonete no banheiro. O batente superior da porta do banheiro não existe, cortina na sala fora do trilho. Falta cuidado e manutenção no apartamento. Roupa de cama e cobertores com cheiro de usados. Toalhas de banho manchadas de quiboa.
Para o preço achei de deixava muito a desejar.

Conforme já relatado ao Booking.com, foi uma péssima experiência. Precisamos nos hospedar por um dia por conta de um problema em nossa casa.
Ao chegarmos, notamos que no apartamento faltava itens de higiene básica, roupa de cama assim como Wi-Fi não funcionava. Uma das toalhas disponíveis estava claramente suja, com cheiro de cigarro.
A cama tinha uma mola solta que machucava, além da cabeceira da cama toda descascada e outras coisas inapropriadas.
A privada ficou completamente sem água da noite ao dia seguinte, não possibilitando descarga e uso correto.
O local não é um hotel. Isso é importante ressaltar.
Uma surpresa boa foi o restaurante de comida japonesa. O apartamento é bem equipado.
Esqueceram de disponibilizar sabão e shampoo.

The location was great
The sofa bed was not in good condition when opened. The AC was only in the bedroom. The wifi was not working. The apartment was not clean. Some pillow cases were missing.
Very bad experience. Only location was ok.
No internet.
No hot water.
Broken sofa bed.
No communication at all. Sent 10 messages on booking and what's up without answer. Stayed only 1 night out of 3 and had to book elsewhere and move the other 2. Asked for partial refund, no answer. Very bad experience. I am sorry booking.com allows this listing.

the owner or the company didn’t answer or reply at all for four days he didn’t care about the clients at all
The location was excellent. Close to restaurants and shopping. Major attractions were near by.
I didn’t like checking in was at 15:00. I flew into São Paulo at 09:00 from an overnight flight. Would have been nice to get into the hotel at 12:00.
the room had everything you could ask for, the hotel is located near the Avenida paulista, so you are right in the center. the hotel staff was very nice and helped us with everything :)

Good location
Extremely poor communication. We were told by the owner we would be able to check in early if the room was available. When we got there, after traveling all night, the staff said no one had communicated that to them and so they would not be able to let us in. The owner was unreachable.
When they finally let us into the room at 3pm there were dirty towels, a pizza box with leftover food in it on the table, and the sheets had not been changed. There were also ants coming out of a sugar bowl. When we asked for cleaning, the staff did finally come and bring us towels and linens.
We never received any apology or communication from the owner about any of this.
