Lovely
Pros:

Modern, clean and comfortable in a great location. Parking was a huge benefit.

Cons:

The only thing missing was AC, even now in May super hot in the room and as it is on the first floor if you open the window it is very loud.

Pros:

Très bel appartement avec une décoration soignée et un excellent équipement.

Cons:

L'insonorisation est malheureusement moyenne.
Mais une fois le problème de bruit de l'étage du dessus signalé, l'établissement m'a répondue très rapidement et a été réactif en vérifiant avec le voisin de l'étage supérieur.
