Pros:

Very clean , very responsive staff, excellent facilities, excellent room service. Good value for money at the spa facilities. The beach was nice. The view was phenomenal.

Cons:

I would suggest the addition of a shower curtain in the bathroom.

Pros:

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights.
It’s a quiet place, surrounded by lots of greenery. The staff is super friendly, especially the receptionists; they were very attentive and smiling all the time.
We highly recommend this place.

Lần này đi trải nghiệm khá tệ.
-Mình tới sớm check in có pt thêm 400k mặc dù có phòng tốt hơn nhưng lễ tân lại giao cho mình p với tấm rèm bị rách ( mình chọn loại phòng có cửa kính/ban công để tận hưởng view nhưng đập vào mắt là tấm rèm bị rách và ko thể kéo hoàn toàn rèm ra 2 bên được nên nhìn khá khó chịu).
-Sau khi xuống trao đổi thì lễ tân có đổi phòng khác cho mình nhưng lên phòng lại thấy một vết đen trên mền.
-Ăn sáng thì ngày ăn phở ngày ăn bún và hoàn toàn ko được dùng bún phở tươi như mình ăn bên ngoài.
- Thái độ nhân viên mình thấy ko được vui vẻ nhiệt tình. Lần trước mình ở bạn lễ tân rất dễ thương nên mình muốn quay lại dù ks ko dc gần trung tâm. Tuy nhiên đây sẽ là lần cuối mình ghé lại ks này vì trải nghiệm lần này đối với mình khá tệ.

Chuyến đi rất tốt từ chỗ nghỉ đến ẩm thực. Điều hơi tiếc là đi đúng vào dịp thời tiết xấu, sạt lở nhiều làm ảnh hưởng nh
