Buen alojamiento con excelente relación calidad-precio.
Pros:

Buen alojamiento no lejos del centro de la ciudad. No obstante, el transporte es barato y Uber funciona bien por lo que no había problema con las distancias. Sandro es muy amable y atento. El desayuno está bueno.

Cons:

En general todo estuvo bien. Hay varios perros en la casa que pueden salir a tu encuentro, aunque son amables e inofensivos, quizás haya personas que les incomode.

服务一流，神仙老板，比我妈还关心我是否落地，坐上车没，司机有没有多收费，太细心了，对于我们的问题答复及时，而且旅馆装潢用心且温馨，老板说是为了迎接春节所以在圣诞节后依然保留了新年装饰，每天照顾流浪狗狗，说话的时候目光真挚，好善良🥹；咖啡和早餐都还不错，甚至比外面的有些店还要好；麻雀虽小五脏俱全，当我想要针线盒的时候，老板嗖的一下拿出工具箱，里面有各种颜色的线，我感觉他简直像是哆啦A梦！入住性价比超高，强烈推荐！！！

It was a lovely and clean property with well maintained rooms. The hosts were so wonderful, helpful and warm. I stayed there a day before leaving for airport and they helped me to sort my baggage. The breakfast was also simple but very nice. They’re 2 dogs so cute and well mannered. I absolutely loved my stay here.

Pros:

Sandro (and the three friendly dogs!) was a great host and really helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring Tbilisi, in the heart of the old town with restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms look exactly like the pictures and is very good value.

Pros:

The terrace was fabulous. The hosts friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The location excellent. The resident dogs a bonus.

Very friendly welcomed by the couple that owns the place. Walking distance to the Liberty square and cable car up to Mtatsminda park. Good food places also within walking distance

Ocena dla gospodarza w skali 1 - 10 dajemy 11! Bardzo dziękujemy za pobyt. Cudowne psy, które skradły nasze serca. Wszystkich wskazówek dotyczących okolicy i fajnych miejsc udzielił nam gospodarz. Świetne miejsce wspólne z dostępną lodówką i kuchenką mikrofalową. Możliwość wyprania ubrań (dziękujemy!). Najwygodniejsze łóżko w całej podróży.

Parking privado en el alojamiento y desayuno delicioso
Sandro es una persona encantadora, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Hay tres perritos muy buenos y amigables. Está ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y se puede ir a pie hasta las principales atracciones de la ciudad sin problema.

Жильё полностью соответствует описанию. Немного "уставшая" мебель, но это мелочи. Кровать огромная! Матрац удобный. Терасса и виноград на ней просто супер! Хозяин всегда на связи. Жили 3 ночи.
