The staffs behaivior was average , and the view was average

Cons:

None of the sockets in the room were working , the bathroom lights were not working , no electric appliances were working exept for 3 or 4 panel lights .We complined to the staff about the problem and they said they will fix the issue within 5 minutes and they did not fix the problem . At midnight when everybody was sleeping they came and asked us if we need another room in another building , i asked for the refund because i am not able to shift my room at midnight because our family were already sleeping

Rooms are well maintained & very clean.
Hot water and cold water available all the time.

Cons:

Restaurant service not available in room.
Elderly person has to undertake lot of trouble to make up & and down to visit underground restaurant & that too not available all the time. Selected menu they prepare if ordered with request for limited resources.

We booked two rooms with etra bed for one day, but we received nearly 10 calls from somewhere for payments and reaching time. We paid half payment but they threatened us to cancel our booking if we reach befor 6 pm. We got two rooms on different sides of the hotel even though we asked for them to be nearby because of the single family. Bed sheets in these rooms were not cleaned, as they were used several times with different guests. Actually our plan was to stay two days, but we ran away from there. Rooms and toilets were not cleaned; they smelled, and at night no hot water was available.

Good Wifi and window view were the only 2 things were ok

Cons:

Staff asked to pay as cash first, then agree you pay mostly card but 600 cash, maybe he put in his pocket. No hot water, no toileteries, dirty bedsheets, pillow cases as used previously.
