The number one aspect of this place is the host. She will go out of her way to make sure that you are comfortable. The view is great. The place is nice and cozy. The location is excellent.

Everything, property owner dont provide complete details and would likely just waste your time booking an appointment here. Wrong contact information as well and you cannot contact the owner because of your concern. I don’t recommend
One of the quietest places I have encountered in the Philippines. I was really grateful to get some good time of rest and sleep during day and night after getting blasted with music bass almost everywhere else for several weeks. I didn't even hear any neighbours.
It was super clean. Very comfortable. Even though a bit small, the kitchen was really well equipped with modern appliances. It was the first place which had a can opener. AC worked very well.
Very friendly communication with host.
I didn't like the long and somewhat unfriendly check-in at the building reception, having to provide unnecessary details on a pad. And then writing some of them down again.
There is a washing machine, but I didn't see any possibility to hang clothes to dry.
I had the best few days of rest here! Super comfortable apartment and fully stocked with everything one could possibly need.

The place was good overall, great location, unit was clean, comfy bed and all furniture was provided as described. For the price, it's good value.
I wanted a staycation and watch Netflix but it wasn't working. I had to wait the next day for them to fix it.
Also the pool was closed for maintenance during my entire stay. Swimming was one of the main reasons why I booked the place. Even though the owners didn't have any control over it, it would have been nice if they offered me some sort of compensation or partial refund, especially since I booked for 2 nights but only stayed one night (early check out).
Attention to detail is important very good
Android box was a complete nightmare to use wouldn’t let me use Netflix or respond well to its remote
