Great except of my experience with the front desk guy!
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was so so. A little bit of confusion where to pick up UBER passengers. We stayed at Tower 2 and UBER pickup sometimes directed to TOWER 1.

Cons:

All was great! Except when I found a wallet, I gave it to the front desk. Then I was worried that it might have been overlooked because it was busy. So I went back to front desk and asked the guy ( Heavy set, asian guy) if the wallet that I found was claimed already. Then this guy (name was Fe-something) in an accusatory voice asked me--"Do you know the name? Whats his name? Tell me!" I said "Excuse me! I was the one that found the wallet then you are asking me in an accusatory question as if as I was the one that took the wallet! I called for supervisor and she came out and spoke to her. My view of this place just totally changed from nice to not so nice because of him! Needs some sort of training!

Cons:

They charge you double deposit, one by the owner and the second by the hotel. When we arrived the receptionist couldn;t find our reservation, we had to look for a number of the room in some emails from the owner. We had some problem to find that, we tried to call the owner, but he wasn't responding.
The apartment is ok but a little bit old, especially the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped very basically.
What was the worst that you don't feel like at home or even in the hotel but like an intruder. We received an email with long instruction what to do or not to do and how we should clean the apartment etc.

It was decent. Probably wouldn’t go back. Felt like we got what we paid for.
Pros:

The pool area was nice. Liked that we were able to walk inside to many restaurants and Starbucks. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Outdated. Upholstry was dirty. The TV did not work. Turned on but could not change channels or watch Netflix.

Comfortable and quiet location, great price, close to the strip.
Pros:

Price was better than many of the comparable hotels on the strip. I liked the large tub in the bathroom. It was easier and faster for uber/lyft drivers to pick us up at the signature vs the busy strip hotels. The host responded quickly to communication. We arrived very early so front desk and the bellhops let us check our luggage with them so we could go out and enjoy ourselves without having to carry our luggage with us. Wi-fi worked great. There was ample closet space, hangers, and dresser space to store clothes and other items. The kitchenette was very well equipped.

Cons:

We arrived on a monday, and it was very windy, so due to that they had the pools closed on wednesday even though it wasn't windy anymore. Not the fault of the unit owner, but the MGM property management was being weird about that. Even though we communicated that we were arriving significantly earlier than normal check-in time, the host didn't really make any effort to check with property management to see if we could check in any earlier than normal check-in time. Even an hour or two earlier would have been a really nice and appreciated gesture. The TV could stand to be updated. Maybe put in a smart tv that can connect to the streamers like netflix, amazon, apple tv, etc, and guests can log in to their own streaming accounts.

We had an amazing time!!
Pros:

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! The host was super communicative and we had a great experience checking in and out of the hotel room. One of the major pluses was the JETTED tub in the bathroom! We loved relaxing in there after a day of walking the strip and relaxing before heading out for the night. They even had a sink, dishwasher, coffee maker, water steamer for tea, blender, microwave and fridge! It was truly like a kitchenette within the suite. HIGHLY recommend and it was a 15 min walk to the strip and was connected to the MGM as well. Plenty of eateries and bars near by.

Cons:

The TV could be updated in the room, with basic cable but not too clear. Thankfully my husband and I bring our iPad everywhere so we were able to relax with that but other than that, nothing at all.

Pros:

There was a pool, laundromat, and restaurant close by.

Cons:

I’m not sure why house keeping didn’t come clean the room. Stayed a whole week and not one time was my room cleaned. That was weird.
