Beautiful stay with many conveniences!
Pros:

Spectacular Ocean View is exactly that, with a very clean, welcoming, and quiet space. The photos are a good representation of the unit. We enjoyed the beautiful paved walkway to the private beach. Also, the property is centrally located to Santa Cruz, Capitola, and Monterey. Tyler and Cydney were helpful and timely in their correspondence, check in and check out was very easy. We look forward to staying here again! Thank you for providing a wonderful home away from home stay.

Ein magischer Ort – unser persönliches Paradies auf Zeit
Pros:

Selten haben wir eine Unterkunft erlebt, die mit so viel Herzblut, Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet wurde. Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung hatten wir das Gefühl, an einem ganz besonderen Ort angekommen zu sein. Jeder Raum war harmonisch eingerichtet, alles stimmte bis ins kleinste Detail – von der farblich abgestimmten Deko bis zur hochwertigen Ausstattung. Man spürt, dass hier jemand mit viel Hingabe einen Ort geschaffen hat, an dem sich Gäste rundum wohlfühlen sollen – und das ist zu 100 % gelungen!

Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt: von Küchenutensilien über kuschelige Decken bis hin zu kleinen liebevollen Aufmerksamkeiten, die uns sofort ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert haben. Alles war blitzsauber und perfekt vorbereitet. Der hohe Anspruch an Sauberkeit und Qualität war in jedem Winkel spürbar.

Und dann dieser Ausblick … Worte werden dem kaum gerecht. Ob morgens mit einer Tasse Kaffee oder abends mit einem Glas Wein – der Blick aufs Meer war einfach atemberaubend. Als wir dann sogar Wale direkt vom Balkon aus beobachten konnten, war das Glück vollkommen. So etwas erlebt man nicht alle Tage – es war ein Moment für die Ewigkeit.

Wir sind zutiefst dankbar, diesen wunderbaren Ort gefunden zu haben. Es war nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft – es war ein echtes Zuhause auf Zeit, das unsere Reise zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – mit ganzem Herzen.

I ❤️Monterey Bay
Pros:

Very special place, beautifully and naturally kept. Felt like visiting friends or family. Unit was simple but okay. Lots of hot water and a handy little kitchenette for breakfasts. Hotel restaurant was fine for other meals.

Cons:

The staff and other guests made quite a racket around the garbage dumpsters early in the morning and late at night. The bed was uncomfortable a wants replacing with a hotel quality bed. Place could use a deep clean but adequate.

Wonderful stay at the coast
Pros:

The condo was perfect for our short trip to the coast. The view is amazing! We were impressed that it was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. There is a nice paved path to the beach and it is in walking distance to a little shopping center with a neat little market that sells freshly made sandwiches and burritos, baked goods and local treats. Wonderful and would stay again!!

Beautiful views and excellent location - all the comforts of home.
Pros:

The Seascape apartment was roomy, comfortable and well laid out. It's a great location with ocean view for sunsets and the sounds of waves hitting the beach. Very nice for Winter because it's not too busy.

Cons:

The mattress is a bit too soft for my liking.

View was FANTASTIC room was very clean and organized. Very easy check in/check out as well! I would definitely recommend this as a little get away. Definitely coming back here!

Cons:

Only thing wrong was the knob on the hallway closet it was loose and off when we first got into our room, But everything else was great!
