A nice hotel in a good area of Santiago, with very helpful young staff
Pros:

This hotel is something of a curate’s egg. A lovely building in a university area, but our first room was small, windowless and poorly equipped with sockets, but after one night the staff kindly found us a bigger room with an outside window (and more sockets). Scrambled egg is supposed to be offered at breakfast but that seems to depend on who’s on reception, and trying to do two jobs at once. But we loved this quirky little hotel for its super staff. Tanya and the others were really kind and helpful and gave us loads of information about where to go - and more importantly, where not to. After a shaky start we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Be careful about booking a room with an inner courtyard view. This means no outside window and airless, with a window looking out onto the corridor so in full view of all passers by.

Fue nuestra primera experiencia en este Hotel.
La atención un siete, la niña que nos recibió fue un amor, muy agradable.
El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo.
La habitación no muy grande pero cómoda, limpia, nos gustó mucho

El lugar es tranquilo, demasiado cerca a una estación del metro. La hora del vino maravillosa y al salir temprano nos dieron desayuno para llevar y nos ayudaron a conseguir transporte al aeropuerto

La chica de recepción fue super amable, se nota que le gusta su trabajo y es muy profesional, (No asi el chico del siguiente día)

Cons:

Todo bien dentro de lo normal, sin embargo lo que si fue super, mega incómodo, muy, muy chiquita, demasiado... La ducha. no te puedes ni mover adentro.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel( 20 rooms) .
I stayed in Providencia before and really recommend trying this end of town . I loved this historic area and really enjoyed exploring Barrio Brasil and the nearby Barrios. It did not feel unsafe.
The hotel is super stylish and has a coffee machine . But even better are the staff. Tanya is an ace and told me about great places nearby ( I enjoyed some really good Pinot Noir at Palacio del Vino 100m away. Another gorgeous building) and another staff member washed my clothes and I only found out later they didn't offer a laundry service and there was no charge!!
I run hotels for a living and the staff are super dooper good .

This hotel and area are gems and it is still in easy , interesting walking distance of the central attractions in Santiago
