Wonderful boutique hotel with homely atmosphere.
Pros:

The staff especially Andrea and Tanya were so helpful and hospitable. Went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Great value. We are going back there most happily.

Concha y Toro was delightful, and its staff were wonderful.
Pros:

We loved everything about this boutique hotel - so much so that we stayed for 3 days, and then booked it again for three more days at the end of the tour we were on. The staff were gracious and professional - and here I will single out Daniel, who couldn't have been more helpful and personable (although everyone was kind and helpful, tooL.

We loved our room overlooking the street, with beautiful music frequently pouring in from a neighbouring performance theatre. Breakfasts were lovely - as was afternoon tea and the wonderful evening tradition of serving wine to the guests. The hotel was very clean; the staff were constantly clean ing the floors and table tops. Fresh water and sparkling water were always available; our bed was very comfortable. Ands despite overlooking the street of the same name, we enjoyed complete privacy.

The neighbourhood was all that we hoped for - quirky, old-fashioned, with cobblestone streets, beautiful murals, and fascinating architecture. And we were able to walk from the hotel to all the places that interested us - especially the street leading up to Plaza de Armas.

We are already planning our next trip to Chile - and we will definitely stay at Concha y Toro 33 again when we are in Santiago. It already feels to us like a home away from home.

ロケーションも空港行きのバスから至近でメトロ駅も近く、観光にとても良い立地で快適でした。
Pros:

部屋、トイレ、バスルームが清潔でした。朝食も毎日少しずつ違う内容が混ざっていました。ティータイム、ワインアワーでとてもリラックス出来ました。ルーフトップが心地よかったです。

Cons:

歯ブラシや櫛、髭剃り等を濡れずに洗面所におけるスペースが欲しかったです。部屋に鞄を置けるスペースがあればより良いと感じました。

The hotel offers free wine for 1 hour a day yet on the second night there was only 1 bottle of red wine available and no white wine or snacks like the nights before
