Its an excellent location
Its Veg
The staff were friendly. View of Tiger's nest and beautiful valley. Nice food
This was the dirtiest room i have stayed in the last few years. Only vegetarian food available.
The view
No value for money. It was too overpriced for the accommodation. Though we wanted a 3 people room, we didn’t get the option on booking.com while confirming.
we liked everything there - it is a great place
all was good
Staff was nice and very helpful
Facilities provided were very bad… I had booked a deluxe double room with bath tub and the bath tub was leaking plus the hot water supply was intermittent. Had awful experience staying there.
We liked the location of the resort. It is located near to the tigers nest. Also the hot stone bath facility in the resort was a memorable experience.
Location and staffs are good they always do their best.
The property is old and expensive in comparison to the price quoted .Reportedly booking. com charged too much commission from the operators .
Lovely location, wonderful service and good food
No lift- was a problem
I stayed at the cottage and the bathroom looks very old so it will be better to upgrade a bit.. like shower curtain
We spent an absolutely lovely three days stay at this serene resort. The properly is beautifully located on mountain side where view of the valley is stunning. Properly is sufficiently private and calm. The whole hotel crew went out of length's way to accommodate our needs and food from their kitchen is delicious. The hot stone bath is a must-do experience.
Good very far away from
Center
Location is great. Property is superb. Spacious rooms and comfy bed
Services need improvement. They didn’t service room until told. Staff behaviour is very fine. Problem is the weak management administering them. Restaurant is super clean, but food options are very limited and super heavy on pricing.
Again, the chefs are good. They need better training and management
Beautiful location, looking out on the mountains. Close to Tiger's Nest Monestry, so it is convenient to stay after the famous hike and a long day. Excellent massage therapy at the hotel spa. The food was delicious.
I am pretty sure the Booking.com site informed me to pay cash in USD on arrival, so I took USD for this reason. At the hotel, it appeared they don't take USD, only local currency, but you can pay with a credit card with a 3% sur charge. I would have liked to have paid in full through booking.com before I arrived. Check-in was messy and took way longer than it should have. This are administrative matters that can be improved ~ the hotel itself is excellent.
Staff , service, food, room, cleanliness , toilets everything was very nice. But the only problem is the location is far away from the city .
The location is nice but there are no other services like hotels , stores etc
Food was good Resort was clean and calm for good vacation
there is no wifi or network and it was not working for 2 days of stay and it will be difficult to stay without wifi wifi should be must for every property otherwise tourist how can they navigate check anything in and around Paro
