Punta Navi - Adults only - Boutique hotel

The pool is nice but little : 1,5m large and long. It is more a chill refreshing area
Noisy area with road behind and you can hear your cabana neighbors. We were unlucky to have party until 6am people that kept us up all night

The host is easy to get ahold of and responsive, however there is no staff onsite except for cleaners, and Hector, who is the maintenance person (?). We used one of the cleaning women to help us book a reservation one night when we were struggling to call a number and she was so nice and helpful. These are also thatched roofs with minimal sound insulation and with a digital nomad hostel next door, we had a few mornings that were pretty tough to sleep in. We weren't upset but it was pretty notable. As well, there is a lot of sounds transfer within the villas from whomever is on the top floor to whomever is on the bottom, so if you're doing 2 couples, I would take note, and consider booking 2 villas next to each other.

Curtains on upper room did not close correctly. Having a fan on the table just outside the lower room would be ideal, it can get super hot in that zone.

The roof inside the room is made of palm, which gives it a nice rustic look, but it doesn’t seem to be cleaned often, we noticed quite a few spiders and webs. The bed had some small ants, and on two days we also found small cockroaches in the bathroom. The room isn’t very soundproof, so you can hear a lot from the neighbors, and in the evenings the water pressure was quite low.

Just had a lot of bugs but i understand and wasn’t a big deal for us.

The swimming pool could have been cleaner

The lighting throughout the venue isn't great. It could do with more lights and the shade replaced downstairs as it covers a lot of the light, meaning it can be difficult to cook when dark
Could do with a few more appliances such as scissors etc
It's a shame based on the design of the building that the pool doesn't get a lot of sunlight/ sunshine during the day. It can't be helped, but a shame nonetheless
Whilst there is an outside lock and key box to enter the overall site, there is a gap in the wood next to the door where it's worn away, meaning someone could put their hand through and unlock it from the outside. The wood needs to be replaced here

So minor, but the water in the shower was not consistently working, however the property were quick to help. The hotel next door is quite loud, but is quiet after 10pm. Just a note if you want a stay with complete silence.

New construction that needs some kinks worked out. The sun doesn’t hit any areas good for sun bathing and the pool is very very cold which isn’t necessarily bad

Dirty space, cockroaches in the bathroom. Dirty clothes of the previous guest in the room.

It’s in between two houses with many travelers who were quite loud on the weekend partying, however it wasn’t a big deal, it’s just not our lifestyle and we’re in bed early.
