Pros:

Отель тянет на 2-3 звезды. Везде очень грязно, особенно в столовой. Из плюсов только проживание с животными и то по цене 20 евро в сутки и вкусное гезлеме.

Cons:

Грязь. Жили 2 недели и настойчиво требовали поменять постельное белье, в итоге поменяли только на одной кровати! Полотенца меняли 1 раз! В ванной плесень. Еда однообразная и не вкусная абсолютно. Вроде и мясо и рыба и овощи, но приготовлено ужасно. Даже овощи умудрялись готовить не вкусно, постоянно были недоваренными. В столовой полы скользкие от жира, окна не мылись вообще с начала сезона, везде кошки на столах. До моря идти метров 300,отель не на первой линии. В отеле много украинцев, которые ведут себя не адекватно по отношению к русским!

not a 5 star hotel only catered to russians, disrespecting every other customer
Pros:

huge spacious property, with food 4 times a day, it was always available. the nature around the hotel and a beach is close by within 15 minutes walking distance and little bazaar right in front.

Cons:

as we checked in the staff didnt give us a warm welcome or care about us. they priorotize their russian customers, which are 90 percent of their visitors. The staff that is managing and in control is rude and brush you off whe you need something. but the ground people, like waiters, bar workers and cleaning staff is friendly still. the entire hotel caters to the russian customers, and despite there being food all day it tasted horrible. it doesnt taste authentic or turkish at all and if you want options outside the hotel there might be 3-4 cafes nearby, but thats about IT. you have to take the taxi to kemer city which is 15-20 minutes by taxi.

Smutsigt boende. Läs recensionen!
Cons:

Vi är tyvärr oerhört besvikna med vår vistelse. Bilderna stämmer inte alls överens med verkligheten. Något som inte syns på bild är hur smutsigt det var. Det spelades musik kl 20-23 vilket vi i grunden inte har något emot, men problemet var att det var 70 decibel i sovrummet trots att alla dörrar och fönster var stängda. Hotellet hanterar ej personuppgifter med sekretess. Reservationer med fullständigt namn och mailadresser från booking och andra resebyråer ligger som ritpapper i barnhörnan. Vi kunde se en hel bibba med reservationer som låg för allmänheten att rita på till sina barn.
Över natten lämnas drinkar m.m i barnhörnan som inte städas undan före morgonen när vi kommer med barnen. Vi valde att avbryta var vistelse och bokade ett annat boende, något vi borde ha gjort på en gång. Vi rekommenderar ej detta boende för barnfamiljer! Vi anser ej att det är mer än ett 3-stjärnigt boende. Mycket är gammalt, slitet och framförallt smutsigt överallt!!

Работникам кухни и зала огромное спасибо. Еда была вкусной и разнообразной.

Cons:

На ресепшен отзывались на просьбу с третьего раза. Я попросила вечером дать пододеяльник ( его в номере не было), а в октябре по ночам холодно. Мне ответили:"Хорошо, я напишу и вам принесут." Утром уточнила у другой смены. Ответ:" Нам ничего не передавали. Мы напишем в чат и вам принесут." На следующий день ситуация повторилась." Пододеяльник я получила через 1,5 дня. Делайте выводы.

Insgesamt ist meine Familie zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Hotel und der Service entsprachen meinen Erwartungen. Animation, Essen, Personal – alles war super. Besonders das Personal auf der Terrasse.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war beim Einchecken etwas schmutzig, wurde aber täglich gereinigt.
