Good experience at Swing & Pillows Jln Tar
Pros:

Everything was good , room was clean n brightly lighted , shower was good, room smelled clean, sheets were clean, staff were warm , friendly n helpful , location was super strategic
Definitely 💯 gonna stay here again in future , when in KL

Tak ambil breakfast. Staff semuanya bagus2 sahaja terutamanya yang jaga counter, lelaki, saya lupa namanya, dia bagus.

It is a nice place to stay with Good location
Pros:

Clean, good wifi also in the room; hot water, comfortable bed and pillows; nice stuff, iron machine and hair dryer available in the room; close to city center; close to pudu sentral (to go to the airport), many restaurants and shops in 5min walk; right in front of one of the nicest mosques (it is a turistic area); 7/11 open 24h next to hotel; the police comes at night to check the area to make sure it is safe; water dispenser (cold and hot), instant coffee and tea available at the reception; 2 elevators (i never had to wait more than 1 min to use it).

Cons:

No window (but they have rooms with windows too);
Water pressure- not very good
The coffee is at the reception and the water dispenser is on the floor where your room is (a bit inconvenient)- an idea of improvement would be to have coffee/tea on the floor where guests stay

Pros:

Distance from my home (10 minutes walked) - i like to sleep outside sometimes.

Cons:

I am regular guest (3-4 times in a month i booked swing & pillows dataran merdeka for get best rest after work), but its hurt me. A girl (Alia) looks like not welcome's me to stay. It was i demanding a clean towel and room near window (i pay extra) every time i stay. But she does bad behaviour toward me. Orang melayu panggil BIADAP!

Pros:

The room is comfortable. Had everything I need, a towel, water boiler, and hot water for shower. Outside the corridor there is a water dispenser.

The location is perfect, with a temporary parking lane in front of the hotel which allows grab taxi driver to pick me up.

Cons:

There is some trash in the drawer. Looks like it's from the ex-resident. I reported that to the counter and the staff was kind and willing to take care of it.
