Never again 😂😂.
Pros:

The pool is awesome and the room is lovely.

Cons:

It felt so awkward as a black person in the hotel. I won’t be wrong if I say Basically the only black throughout my stay. I had inquired before my arrival if I will be allowed to heat up my food in the microwave and I was told yes. On arrival I wasn’t allowed. I don’t like their menu as its not intercontinental. I didn’t feel comfortable throughout my stay . Also the hotel has so many aged people (grannies) coming for lunch and dinner.They keep steering at you as being different 😂. To sum it up ,the location was in the middle of nowhere 🤣🤣. A bus driver told me the location is a village so I understand why they where so many old people in the hotel 😂. In between I love the moctail. Had to rely on New York pizza for survival. Took my Jollof rice back to England 😂.

Beautiful well located large hotel, with great spa facilities, excellent food at reasonable prices and great staff
Pros:

Excellent location near the motorway with very access to Alkmaar and to Amsterdam via a number of local train stations. Great facilities including pool and spa facility, excellent food at reasonable prices and attentive well trained staff.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing not to like

Ground floor room facing onto a Tesla car park docking stations , was not fun sitting outside watching people watching you sitting outside , no privacy

Leider so nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren das 5. Mal in den letzten 4 Jahren da. Leider hat das Hotel in der Sauberkeit der Zimmer nachgelassen. In der Dusche Haare vom Vorgänger. Die Toilette nicht sauber. Das Zimmer roch modrige. Wir hatten Zimmer 014.
Aber am schlimmsten war das Abendessen im Restaurant. Bei der Reservierung teilten wir dem Team mit, dass wir gerne einen Tisch am Fenster oder im Außenbereich reservieren möchten, da wir einen kleinen Hund mitbringen. Dies machen wir immer, damit sich kein Gast gestört fühlt. Was haben wir bekommen, einen 2er Tisch mitten in der Mitte. Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Servicekraft die uns bediente.Getränke kalt, Bedienung freundlich. Das Essen miserabel. Kalt, die Soẞe zum Fisch nicht akzeptabel. Im Laufe des Abends wurden wir von einer anderen Servicekraft gemaßregelt, dass doch bitte unser Hund nicht im Weg liegen sollte. Er lag unter meinem Stuhl. Liebes Hotel, dann erlaubt doch bitte keine Hunde in euerm Restaurant. Zur Info, bei unserem Hund handelt es ich um eine Französische Bulldogge und die war in der Vergangenheit nie ein Problem. Alles in allem, man zahlt kein Kleingeld mit Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Wein.

Gutes Hotel, aber eher abseits von allem
Cons:

Zimmer mit Hund sind sowieso schon teurer und dann gibt es noch einen Aufschlag pro Nacht für 17€.
Unserer Meinung nach zu viel und unbegründet.

Very good, but small details could be improved.
Pros:

Good breakfasts, excellent swimming pool, nice gym

Cons:

For the level and price of hotel were missing small accessories making stay more comfortable. For example paper napkins, small bottle of water, bathrobe, some hotels of the same level are having conditioner and hand cream…. There was nothing - 0 accessories. It is individual but for me was the bed too soft.

Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach wunderbar, nicht weit bis zum Flughafen, direkte Autobahnverbindung (dennoch sehr ruhig) und nah am Meer, auch wenn das Wetter bei mir nicht mitgespielt hat und ich alternativ den Pool hätte nutzen können.

voor een 4 sterren hotel had ik beter verwacht !
Pros:

vriendelijkheid van het personeel

Cons:

- te slap bed, ik had beter een harder bed gehad.
- koffie kopjes pasten niet in het koffiezet apparaat, die waren te hoog.
- er was geen waterkoker, dus konden we geen thee maken, achteraf bleek dat je een waterkoker kon lenen...dit was nergens vermeld.
- op de gangen was snachts/sochtends een zeer sterke wiet lucht.
- met raam open veel last van de vliegtuig lawaai.
