Beautiful gardens
Beautiful gardens, accommodation and self catering
Ours came with breakfast that was outstanding.
Superb staff all round.
Immediately sorted our maintenance issues that we encountered eg
the jacuzzi and room heater.
Always courtesy and quick to assist you.

When we were booking we wanted to go to the spa only to find out that it was closed for reservations, I believe that should be the first thing they let u be aware of 😩

The most gorgeous and stunning gardens in KZN and the excellent service and attention from the Brahmans Hills team.

Both restaurants were of exceptional standard, we eat out at least 5 x week so I think I am qualified enough to say they both deserve 5 Star rating.
I just felt a little attention to the cupboards and bathroom in need of maintenance.
The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and I genuinely felt a happy vibe within the operation. This was encapsulated by Onwaba who was just so friendly and engaging.
The breakfasts each morning was plentiful, and we had a very good selection to choose from.
We had a fabulous meal and experience in the Skyfall restaurant; this is an amazing setting.
Our room was tastefully furnished, and the bed was very comfortable with quality linen.
Unfortunately, the spa was closed for renovations. This was a bit disappointing as it was our 10th year wedding anniversary, and we wanted to enjoy the complete spa experience. We booked a spa experience somewhere else, but it felt a bit strange to do so.
At the time of booking nowhere was it highlighted that the spa would be in fact closed.
Brahman Hills on asking did upgrade my room in lieu of this, so that was appreciated. That being said the bathroom whilst functional was very small.
