Good. Strategic place. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Room wasn’t available we had to book a different room, we then had to book a room in a different room.
Everything complete. View very nice with all famous build in KL (saloma brigde, KLCC, Menara KL, Merdeka tower).
Nothing. Should come again.
This apartment is big and can accommodate big family and within walking distance to Klcc bukit bintang and shopping area nearby
Just to bad to say the 2nd bedroom was infested with bedbugs
I complained to owner and they came to spray all the 3 bedroom and change the 2nd room bedsheet and blanket
Yet the last night of our stay the bedbugs appeared again
This is realy bad and this apartment need total pestiside spray and cleaning
I dont want other guest to face the same problem like us
My son and daughter inlaw staying in the room was bitten by bedbugs and cause rashes on hand and neck

Too many issues with the apartment:
the overall cleanliness
one toilet got blocked
one AC broke
there was a power cut for a whole day and we were not informed
difficulty to speak to the owner due to language barrier
the apartment is built in a way that it is hard to get fresh air in the lounge, it felt very stuffy
The owner did try to help but by the time the AC was fixed, we were leaving. The toilet wasn't fixed and it really upset us
The booking was cancelled by the host due to some piping problem and we were given a replacement place to stay.
Big room for big family with complete equipment.. With KLCC Panorama from the bedroom
The instruction should be given properly about the location of apartment. The carpark and apartment are separated. But overall it s good. Fast reply from the staff in charged.
