The place was very cozy. It had a smart TV so I was able to watch Netflix. There was good wifi connection. I was also able to cook breakfast and dinner since the kitchen was well equipped. It was just across Asian Development Bank, the venue of the global ministerial assembly that I was attending. Malou, the host, was very helpful.
Place is spacious, super clean, comfy bed, provided basic cooking things like soy sauce, rice and oil is superb for short stays.

The apartment is really nice, with all the facilities you need. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is nice and modern. The location is good, in particular if you are visiting the ADB, and there are quite a few shopping malls close by with lots of restaurants and shops. The host is very responsive and friendly.

The location is very convenient when working at the ADB, just across the road.
The flat is very small, much smaller than it looks on the pictures. Towels were not fresh and I had to buy a towel to have one. The condominium is worn out, and there are no quality amenities such as pool or gym.
It is just next to ADB, which was perfect for me who had a conference there.
Location is great, within walking distance to several malls. The apartment is as per the pics. Extremely well equipped and well furnished, really good for a short or long stay. Communication with the host was quick and convenient, check-in and check-out is easy. The building is secure.
One minor issue was with the bedroom Aircon blowing directly at the bed. That can get uncomfortable but it's easy to turn it off and let the living room Aircon do the job.

I loved everything about my unit. From the initial transaction to check in to check out it was smooth and fast. The location is insanely convenient. Walking distance to Robinson's Galleria, SM Megamall and The Podium. Any transport app or delivery app can find the location as well. The unit is clean, comfortable and it truly feels like a home away from home. The staff are so nice and helpful. I can't express just how happy and satisfied I am with staying here. This is definitely my first choice when I go back to Manila.
The pool could have used some improvement. The water was cloudy and I couldn't see a thing. I was going to do my swim training but I couldn't because of low visibility and since I went there around 5:30-6pm the lights have not yet been turned on and it was hard to find someone to talk to about it.

The place is cozy and well kept. Everything you need was provided. The owner was also easy to talk to, and very reasonable. I booked around 2:30PM and needed to check-in as soon as possible. The owner was very accommodating and she delivered to her commitment that the property will be available at 3:30PM. The room was aesthetic and every appliance was perfectly functional, plus it has Bose speakers which sounded so good. Will definitely recommend this place.
