Odd but bad

Cons:

Even though the owner already knew that we’d check-in around 3pm, but they accepted the late check out with the old guest till 7pm. Then they told us move to another apartment stay there a few hours, after the old guest check out. They’d clean room and we could move in. So annoying and complicated ever. And when we check out, the deposit money, they couldn’t give us back in same day as they told us. Everyday I texted them to give money back. Finally they refund money for me after 2 days. Omg, it’s one of the worst experience that I ever had.

Pros:

The Landmark 81 Condotel CBD in HCMC has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully. A truly memorable stay!

Cons:

Leiligheten ligger ikke i Landmark 81 slik det var opplyst, men i de andre blokkene rundt området.
Hele leiligheten var skittent og slitt. Sengen knirket og sengetøyet var også skittent. Det var mugg og skit i dusjen, toalettskålen var ødelagt og vasken tett. Sofaen var slitt med masse flekker.
Det var syltynne vegger, og vi hørte naboene krangle hele natten.
Vi booket for 7 dager, men flyttet ut etter en natt.

Misleading advertisement, poor cleanliness, and rude host – a very disappointing experience.
Cons:

The apartment was not clean. The kitchen, fridge, and drawers smelled very bad when opened – everything was dirty and unpleasant to use.
Worst of all, the listing said there was a swimming pool, but after we arrived we were told we are not allowed to use it. The host was very unfriendly and dismissive when we asked about it, and refused to take any responsibility. We felt misled and disappointed. I would never have booked this property if I had known the pool was unavailable.

Exceptional
Pros:

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!
