Pros:

It’s clean and the rooms are nice.

Cons:

Alina beach is 15 mins walk away. You’re not able to get to the beach by the end of the road because there are resorts there.

Habitación espaciosa

A destacar la amabilidad del chico de recepción que me espero para hacer el check in y estuvo disponible en todo momento para ayudarme a reservar tuk tuk, organizar desplazamientos etc!

Alejado de Alona beach (20min caminando) y difícil a acceso para coche, a tener en cuenta.

Tuk tuk cerca disponible para transporte y fácil acceso para motos

Aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien y agua caliente en la ducha

amazing price, good location, helpful staff
Pros:

it is amazing value for money. it’s about a 15 mins walk to Alona Beach (or a 80php tuktuk). the rooms are clean and airconned. Archie is so helpful and sorted out everything for us.

Nice stay. Attentive staff. Worth the money
Pros:

What I saw was what I got. Very happy with it. Room was big enough. Bed was comfortable. Aircon was cool. I asked some questions after I booked it, and I always got the reply in a very reasonable time.
The host was very attentive and helpful. There was also a spinner and an outdoor area to dry clothes.

Cons:

My room was on the ground floor, facing the street. So I had my windows closed and curtains shut all the time. Plus outside my window was the parking area for motorbikes and the noise from motorbikes was a bit annoying.

Other rooms are either in the back or upstairs. The noise is probably significantly reduced.

Superb
Pros:

Apartment was very clean and could tell it was a new building. Bathroom had a lovely shower with hot water. There was a communal kitchen area with fridge, kettle, hobs etc which was very useful. The man on reception was friendly and helpful. Location is slightly out of the way of the Main Street but an easy 15 minute walk.

Cons:

Only negative for us was we were on the ground floor and unfortunately some guests were very noisy at 6am in the morning. A room on a higher level would be better.
