Das ganze Gebäude ist alt, der Fahrstuhl funktioniert teilweise nicht.

Die "frischen" Handtücher haben nach Rauch gestunken.

Good value for money. the view is the best
Pros:

All facilities as advertised and functioning well. The view is totally exceptional

Cons:

The ac and the fan works well but not powerful enough to a full potential. i have to open both to be able to feel the full effect of the ac. also the fan with max speed feels like speed 3 on a normal fan. i think the owner have to service both the fan and ac. otherwise everything is amazing

Жесть. Грязно, некомфортно, депозит не возвращают
Pros:

Высокий этаж, наличие кондиционера, вентилятора и wifi
Очень лояльный персонал в ресторане, где нужно было получить ключ

Cons:

1. Заселение. Очень долгое онлайн-заселение и регистрация (больше часа), коммуникация через десятки сообщений в WhatsApp, чтобы получить ключ - нужно было идти в ресторан в отдельном здании и потом возвращаться
2. Депозит. Не заселяют без депозита. Чтобы его оплатить - нужно иметь возможность сканировать куаркод, который присылают в WhatsApp и карту. Депозит не вернули спустя неделю после выселения.
3. Номер. Если честно, ужасный. Грязные кухонные принадлежности, одеяло в жутких колючих катышках, шторы с дырками, белыми пятнами и с оборванными петлями. Тумбочка под тв - с оборванными краями
4. Удобства. Чтобы заработал wifi, нужно найти где его включить, вообще лучше включить все возможные переключатели на стенах, их больше 15. Только 1 евро-розетка, остальные для моих устройств не подходили.
5. Нет элементарных удобств: нет питьевой воды (хотя бы 1 бутылку) и мыла

Абсолютно не понимаю, за что такой высокий рейтинг. Это худшее место в Куала-Лумпуре из 4х, в которых я была.
