Sehr nettes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich
Aufgrund von Verfügbarkeiten habe ich ein deutlich größeres Zimmer erhalten als gebucht
Das Frühstücksangebot ist toll und sehr lecker!
Der Frühstücksbereich ist freundlich gestaltet
Schöne Lage
Es gibt einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und der ist absolut geräuschlos

Cons:

Man kann nur bis spätestens 18:30 Uhr einchecken - das ist nicht schlimm, aber man muss es gut einplanen
Ein paar staubige Ecken sind im Zimmer beim Putzen wohl übersehen worden (z.B. auf dem Toilettenpapierhalter)

Schönes Hotel mit toller Lage für Ausflüge
Pros:

Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück (15,40€) und Parkplätze am Hotel ( Tiefgarage/10€ pro Tag) vorhanden (vorher am besten reservieren).

Cons:

Sauberkeit: sowohl im Bad als auch im Zimmer selbst waren Haare von anderen Personen zu finden. So auch am zur Verfügung gestellten Trinkglas. Spiegel war total verschmiert
Geruch: im Zimmer roch es stark nach Abwasser/Fäkalien
Durch dünne Zimmerwände konnte man nicht nur jedes Wort des Zimmernachbarn hören, sondern die Wasserleitungen waren wohl so gelegen, dass jeder Toilettengang vom Haus gehört werden konnte, was teils so laut war, dass man nachts davon aufgewacht ist

Es war ein rundum sehr gelungener Aufenthalt - wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt
Pros:

Die Lage war super - extrem ruhig. Das Einchecken war sehr bequem. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade, über das wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Sauna im Badezimmer sehr schnell zu beheizen

Beim Frühstück wurde nicht schnell genug nachgefüllt

Sehr schöne moderne Zimmer
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Sehr bequemes Bett mit guter Matratze, tolle Regendusche (Glas zwischen Dusche und Schlafzimmer, sollten zusammenreisende "Nicht-Paare" wissen), richtig abdunkelnde Vorhänge, gutes Lichtkonzept. Leckeres Frühstück, tolles Auswahl an Körnern fürs Müsli. Sauna im Keller, die kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Leihfahrradstation (über App registrieren und 1€/15 Min.) direkt an der Straße vor dem Hotel. Sehr ruhige Lage und auch zu Fuß nicht weit von der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück haben mir eine laktosefreie/vegane Joghurtalternative, normale Haferflocken und etwas mehr frisches Obst und Gemüse gefehlt und die (Aufback-)Brötchen könnten knuspriger sein.
Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Leihfahrräder (wie es auf der booking.com-Seite steht), aber es gibt eben eine (kostenpflichtige) Fahrradstation an der Straße.
