Important information:

SACO - The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property.
Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.

Group Policy: We consider a group to be 3 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable.
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Guests can request car parking but it is subject to availability and property will contact them and let them know prior to taking payment for the accommodations whether or not a parking space is available.

We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.

Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome.
Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival.
Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.

La localización céntrica es lo mejor

Cons:

Las comunicaciones podrían haber sido mejores. La primera noche sin edredón ni sábanas en el sofá cama. Al día siguiente se solucionó. La Tv no funcionaba el youtube y muy lenta como bloqueada. Las instrucciones de entrada son mejorables, nos costó bastante entrar. La apertura del pestillo de la puerta es al lado contrario u no explicaban el mando de proximidad que había que utilizar.

Excellent stay
Pros:

We were visting GOSH so this property was a perfect location. All rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful.
Highly recommend this property especially if you are visiting with kids.
