SACO - The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property.
Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.
Group Policy: We consider a group to be 3 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable.
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Guests can request car parking but it is subject to availability and property will contact them and let them know prior to taking payment for the accommodations whether or not a parking space is available.
We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.

Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome.
Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival.
Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.

We have stayed at SACO Holborn several previous times and always valued its central location. . Our apartment was spacious, quiet and comfortable during the week long stay..
Would be useful to have a second saucepan to prepare more adventurous dinner meals
Le logement est très bien situé.
Petit bémol, dans une des chambres le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Je n'ai pas demandé au personnel, le problème aurait peut être pu être réglé.
Location was perfect for our visit to the hospital. Had pre paid parking. Bed were comfortable.
The front door had a big gap underneath so quiet cold , no body wash in the bottle provided in the bathroom , plug didn't stay up to drain the water in the bath.

L'appartement ne correspondait pas du tout à la photo sur le site de booking.com ni sur le site de l'hôtel...
Il serait important qu'il y ait une photo de l'appartement réservé par le client afin d'éviter toute confusion et déception à l'arrivée... L'appartement n'était pas très propres (vitres du salon sales, beaucoup de mégots de cigarettes sur le balconnet, radiateurs sales, et sol du balcon d'accès sale...)
Perfect location, staff really helpful & friendly. Apartment really clean & tidy, lovely & warm. Plenty of clean bedding & towels.
My only criticism is the pillows were not comfortable I think they need replacing as they were very lumpy & uncomfortable. Also the twin room could do with a mirror probably would be good on the inside of the wardrobe door. Other that this little issues it’s a perfect place to stay & would definitely rebook.

The apartment was in a great location. Walking distance from King's Cross - lovely quiet street with good coffee shops and excellent Italian restaurant on doorstep. Very comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms a plus. Very nice friendly, helpful staff . we only stayed 2 nights but would be good for a longer stay as has a washing machine, cooker, fridge etc. Good wifi although not a smart TV. We would definitely stay here again.
Nothiing
The size and location of the apartment was great. Less than a five minute walk to Russell Square tube station.
The beds are the worst I have ever slept on! The mattresses are obviously worn out so they've been covered in mattress toppers which do absolutely nothing for the comfort level and move about all night. We spent the 8 nights we stayed here doing musical beds, trying to find something a bit more comfortable to sleep on but each bed was terrible. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch for the entire stay! For the price we paid this is unacceptable.
If you plan on eating in the apartment there is barely enough crockery and cutlery to keep you going. Literally one fork, spoon etc per person. Why the rationing?!
There is a large decked balcony attached to the apartment which could be so pleasant, but half the deck is rotting and dangerous if you're unsteady on your feet and the garden furniture is also falling apart.
Curtains don't close properly, the windows don't keep the street noise out.
The apartment we stayed in definitely needs an upgrade.
