Important information:

SACO - The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property.
Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.

Group Policy: We consider a group to be 3 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable.
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Guests can request car parking but it is subject to availability and property will contact them and let them know prior to taking payment for the accommodations whether or not a parking space is available.

We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.

Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome.
Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival.
Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.

Pros:

スタッフが親切で丁寧でした。ロケーションも良かったです。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれるサービスも大変ありがたかった。

Cons:

リクエストして了承を貰っていたのにソファベッドが用意されておらず、対応出来るスタッフもいないということで自分でセッティングすることになりました。

Pros:

Good location - close to Russell Sq tube station, a short walk to Holborn or Chancery Lane, walkable or short bus trip to Tottenham Court Rd. Lots of cross city buses nearby. Handy shopping at the Brunswick Centre.
Nice to have a washing machine in the property.
Helpful staff in the front office.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit tired and in the hot weather were like a furnace (I had to open all the windows + fans on + wedge open the front door to cool the place off). Must be nice in the winter but the building holds the heat.
I know it’s London but not sure the pricing is entirely justified - I could be wrong there though!

We came to London on the anniversary of our sons passing to visit Great Ormand st Hospital where our son had his treatme
Pros:

The apartment had everything you would need, iron and ironing board hair dryer in each room, plenty of toiletries, tea coffee, sugar and tea towels, extra pillows and a fan for each bedroom.
Bed was comfy will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

One of the kitchen cupboard doors needs attention through ware and tare but can't think of anything else.

Location is wonderful. Apartment has good bones. Separate kitchen diner, bathroom and bedroom

Cons:

The man on reception was rude and unhelpful. Apartment is old and in need of updating especially for the price. Kitchen very sparsely stocked. Bathroom has a high step in shower but the worse was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever had the misfortune to sleep in.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location was great!

Cons:

The apartment we were given was very worn, badly needed new furniture, carpets, decorating and was dirty. Everything felt sticky and unclean. The worst part was how unbearably hot it was. It was a warm weekend in London but the apartment was even hotter than it was outdside. Two fans were provided but due to the windows having safety locks (which didn't look very safe or secure at all) we couldn't get any air and the small fans just circulated hot air. We left after one night becuase nobody slept. Had the apartment been a little nicer we would have perhaps stuck it out. After reading other reviews perhaps we were unlucky and got one of the worst apartments. I wouldn't stay again.

The location is excellent, with easy access to busses and tube stations. There are many cafes and restaurants on the street.
The apartment was huge for London.

The apartment was looking quite tired and in need of an update. It REALLY needs air con!

Wish the heating worked so we could turn it off.
Pros:

Nice flat but the heating was stuck on and was boiling. If you like the Sahara desert then that’s the place for you.

Cons:

The heating and I asked for early check in what we couldn’t have. Also had booked a sofa bed but it came with no covers or mats, so I asked when I saw reception can we have some covers put in our room they said yes but it wasn’t there when we got back so my friend slept on a dirty mattress.

דירה ענקית! חדר מאוד מרווח ונעים.
יש חדר שינה גדול מאוד, סלון ענקי עם מטבח ופינת אוכל.
חדר המקלחת גדול מואר ונקי.
הצוות נעים מאוד, כל דבר שביקשנו עזרו.
ניקו את החדר פעם נוספת בזמן שהותנו (מי שישן מעל 7 ימים מקבל ניקיון ביום לבחירתו).
יש מעלית.
החדר שקט.
מטבח מובזר היטב כולל מגבות, קפסולות למדיח ולמכונת כביסה.

נחמד למשפחות, ציפיתי ליותר כי לא זול כלל.

מקום מרכזי ונעים, יש מעלית.
הצוות היה נהדר, עזר בכל דבר שביקשנו.
ניקיון טוב, בחדרים והמקלחות.
הסלון מרווח.
יש אוויר נהדר.
שקט מאוד, לא שומעים כלום מהרחוב.
המטבח מאובזר היטב.
יש 2 קפסולות למדיח ו-2 למכונה (שכוללת מייבש) - לא השתמשנו. המוצרי חשמל כחדשים (למעט המקרר שמרעיש מאוד בלילה).

Cons:

כאשר הגענו המגבות חלקן היו לא נקיות - (החליפו לנו מהר - צוות נהדר)
המיטה המתקפלת בסלון ממש לא נוחה - קפיצים של פעם. מומלץ להחליפה.
החדר של ה-5 מאוד לא הגיוני, יש רק 4 כיסאות אוכל.
המקרר מאוד רועש (בחדרים אחרים לא היה ככה).

Ogólnie bardzo fajny apartament i mógłbym do niego wrócić przy kolejnej wizycie w Londynie, aczkolwiek po zdjęciach oraz cenie spodziewałem się troszkę lepszej jakości. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Duży plus za możliwość przechowania bagaży bezpłatnie w dniu przyjazdu czy wyjazdu.

Cons:

Strasznie gorąco w łazience. Trafiliśmy na weekend z temperaturą ponad 30 stopni C, a w łazience grzejnik grzejący na maksa, bez możliwości wyłączenia. Kosmetyki mydło/szampon, w niewielkiej ilości, skończyły się po 1 dniu. Dostepne opcje early check-in / late check-out w cenie 30 GBP, niestety tylko o 2h, czyli max do 1PM. Dla nas opcja checkout do 5PM byłaby idealna, niestety niedostępna.
