Wonderful, plenty of space for a chilled out stay

Wonderful, our second stay and couldn’t recommend enough.
Pros:

Our second stay as part of trading at Brighton tattoo convention. Absolutely spotless and lots of lovely touches such as biscuits, a range of teas, coffees and milk to add some extra comfort to your stay. Friendly and accommodating hosts who couldn’t do more for you.

Cons:

Nothing at all.

Everything. The couple who own the place are just a delight. Nothing was too much trouble and they really made you feel like you were visiting friends. Some places you feel as if you are intruding even though they chose to let their places. Not here, they made you feel soooo comfortable. The place itself is just lovely. Warm, comfortable bed, and quiet. Couldn't have hoped for a better place to start our 1 month journey around Britain.

Very relaxing stay in a super comfortable space.
Pros:

We really loved the room and the house - very cosy and welcoming, with comfortable beds, good quality towels and bathroom products, and a great selection of teas and coffees. The open view over the rooftops of Brighton is charming and the room is large and bright with plenty of storage. We will definitely come back! Thank you for a great welcome, Claire and Kate!

Comfortable, clean and brilliantly hosted.
Pros:

Great location, able to park but still walk into town. Fantastic hosts - great communication throughout - thank you! The room was bright, clean and comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when we’re next in Brighton.

Warm welcome. Lovely room. Steep stairs.
Pros:

Lovely hosts. Clean. Everything that could make the stay comfortable thought of including different teas, coffees, cafetiere, biscuits. Wonderful shower products. Towels. Flannels. Lovely shower. No food provided ( that is clear from details) but hosts OK with food/ drink being brought back.

Torrential rain meant walking to Sealanes would have been unpleasant. Host kindly offered numbers for two taxi firms.

Very highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like. Just comments from a very personal perspective. Not criticisms, just things to bear in mind.

Steep front steps and steep staircase to bedroom. Hard on the knees for partner and I who both have arthritis and partner who has other issues that make walking difficult.

Householders preference is that shoes taken off in house due to pale carpets. But with steep stairs and slightly slippy carpet, I slipped carrying luggage down, which made me a bit nervous on subsequent trips.

No plug for the sink? Couldn't work out how to keep water in the bathroom basin. I didn't ask, so that's down to me.

Bedroom can not be locked when you go out. If you have expensive equipment with you, this may be an issue.

Pros:

Het ligt dichtbij het centrum maar ver genoeg er vandaan zodat het niet te druk is. Eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is aandacht voor duurzaamheid.

Cons:

Met z'n vieren is het vrij krap.
