Situation and decor
Comfortable, warm and excellent shower. Location brilliant for me
Coffee machine was dusty not enough tea and coffee for a 3 day stay, fridge not running cold enough to keep milk and drinks fresh and cold and bathroom lighting was poor
Lovely quirky place to stay.
People in other flats were so noisy. Slamming doors, walking loudly in the corridor.
Everything we needed
Super close to the beach. Really comfortable surroundings and everything provided that you might need. Excellent communication from the hosts and just thoroughly enjoyed my stay
Was absolutely spotless and really well decorated. Bed was was very comfy. Good location in the middle of Troon and we managed to get a taxi to get to the wedding we were attending to 5-7 minutes down the road. Plenty places to eat round about and a bar and shops round the corner.
Could hear the street noise in our room but due to position of room it couldn't be helped. But it wasn't often during the night. Could also maybe do with a light at the desk and mirror. Was hard to see in that corner.
I stayed in the Lillie, and I loved it so much I extended my stay! It's SO beautiful, spacious, the bed is the comfiest bed I have ever slept in, I didn't even need all the pillows that were provided because one was puffy enough! There's even a blanket on the sofa and plenty cushions, which is a great touch most hotels never think of! A lot of attention to detail has gone into furnishing these spaces, the cutlery, crockery, it's all beautiful and good quality and in theme with the style and the shower has a HUGE rainfall head!
I usually stay at the Marine when I go-to Troon but this place has exceeded that!

Lack of lighting at the coffee machine, bathroom light behind sliding door, single glazing so a lot of noise from the main street
Absolutely beautiful room. Gorgeous decor and the bed was so comfy! Great location, right next to all the restaurants and very close to the beach.
Unfortunately, although the property had a nice coffee machine in it, it was not stocked with the proper pods so I couldn’t have a coffee.
The kitchen (albeit quite new) was slightly falling apart. The plinth on the fridge in particular needed a bit of TLC.

Noise at night from kids gathering outside in street till about 3am on Friday and Saturday night. Not fault of Airbnb, the only very minor downside of the central fab location. Earplugs sorts it out!

I see an image of a Lounge with sofa in the advertising but didn't find it at the property. Thankfully the bed rooms were so nice and comfortable we didn't need it.
