1. Have to share iron (moved from 2nd to 3rd floor and return again to 2nd floor)
2. Towel was abit thin
3. No hair dryer

Very disappointing experience. I’ll never come back to this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is located in Bukit Bintang, surrounded by many places to explore. It’s easy to get around during the day. However, at night it can be very difficult to find a taxi to go out or come back to the hotel because the street gets extremely crowded with people.

Cons:

The air conditioner in my room didn’t work. I told the reception, waited an hour, and nobody came. When I asked again, they said there was no technician, so they moved me to another room.
The new room had no towels, and I had to go back to the old room to get them myself.
Didn’t get to sleep until after midnight. Really bad experience.
