Good welcoming hotel
Pros:

Staff that were hospitable and eager to please. Seems to be family run. Breakfast changed each day. Not breakfast buffet but they were tasty and traditional. Good sized room (bigger than expected).

Pros:

The location is great, in the centre of the city, close to shops and other famous spots. Size of the room is good. The TV is working. Receptionists are helpfull

Cons:

The rooms are not sound proof although listed sound proof. I booked 2 rooms with balcony and I was so regret. It was so noisy at night as it was close to the main road. And also the noise from the hall way is also very bad as well.
The cleaning service is also not great. I'm not sure how people do rooms services but at the 1st day, I got a mouldy tower, 2nd day I found hair on the sink after the room was cleaned. There cigarette butt and rubish in the plant pots on my balcony. I'm in room 403 and the toilet door doesn't close properly

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, vị trí đẹp
Pros:

Khách sạn mới, sạch sẽ, địa điểm ngay trung tâm, chỉ vài trăm mét đi bộ là đến chợ đêm. Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, mình đến sớm, chưa đến giờ check in và cũng chưa có phòng nên nhân viên hỗ trợ gửi hành lý lại ks và gọi điện thoại báo cho mình để có thể check in sớm ngay khi có sẵn phòng. Giá cả cũng rất hợp lý so với mặt bằng chung.

Cons:

Do nằm ngay trung tâm nên cuối tuần rất đông đúc, di chuyển hơi khó.

Прекрасный отель, я бы вернулась
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение и вид. Чистый номер, хороший напор и горячая вода. Мы были здесь всего лишь одну ночь, бронировали для сна и завтрака

Cons:

На завтрак предлагали только фо бо. Люблю этот суп, но для меня это не завтрак. Когда мы отказались, парень на ресепшене предложил нам овощи и фрукты. В итоге мы не завтракали в отеле. Но тут я сама виновата, что не прочитала отзывы о завтраке, прежде чем бронировать вариант именно с завтраком.

Cons:

Phòng thiếu bảo trì, trong phòng vệ sinh ko sạch sẽ.
Tôi trả phòng lúc 4h chìu sau 2 tiếng nhận phòng nhưng ko ở, tôi chỉ để 1 túi sách và đi ra ngoài, tôi hỏi có tính tiền theo giờ ko thì nhân viên đưa ra lý do như kiểu nói dối. Tốt nhất ko nên giải thích lý do ko đúng sự thật
