Pros:

Location is very good. Walking distance to the markets (albeit you will use outdoor stairs and on incline - so if you have accessibility requirements such as elderly companions, I would suggest picking a different hotel/location) Front desk staff were friendly enough.

Cons:

The room we were assigned to was SO DIRTY and SO DISAPPOINTING. We had to return the towels downstairs to the reception and the curtain (sheers) were stained around the bottom. We had to clean our own room, there was mould in the bathroom and dust webs around the screen battens separating the bathroom handbasin to the bedroom. Surfaces did not look like it had been cleaned and wiped in a long time. I have a dust allergy so I regretted booking this room. Overall, it was very cheap but it came at a cost of cleanliness. Room photos are not accurate to the condition of the room. Would not come again and made our stay in Dalat not as enjoyable.

Do not trust the photos of the room, misleading!

The hotel lure you in with pretty pictures of the rooms but just tell you that room is not available due to reason xyz and give you a shit room without window or window facing a wall. room facility is running down.

Convenient place, near night market. Facilities are new and ok; however, the rooms are not very spacious.

Cons:

The hotel didn't really offer good support for late check-outs, even though I requested it after confirming my online booking. The receptionist informed me that only 2 rooms were available that day, and I would have to pay 100% for a late check-out until 5:00 PM (instead of the 50% previously stated). I am very disappointed with this kind of service.

Расположение отличное, через дорогу от ночного рынка и практически через дорогу от озера, все в пешей доступности, на рецепции милые отзывчивые девушки. На балконе нет никакой мебели, поэтому он больше для курильщиков, вечером слышно караоке, но часам к 10-11 они расходятся

Cons:

Уборка посредственная, пыль и чьи-то волосы искать не придется, они найдут вас сами, но в остальном все хорошо, убирают каждый день, меняют полотенчики, воду, заправляют кровать, проходятся тряпкой по полу

Generally, a pretty nice room and clean bathroom was fine.Beds were good.

Cons:

I had a room with a "balcony" it was so tiny as to really stretched the definition of that word. Only one person could possibly be out there at time.Comfortably?And if the room next door was on their balcony, he could high five each other, that's how close they are to each other.
