Pros:

They upgraded my room so my room was really good, great view, liked the mattress, everyday cleaning, variety in breakfast, good wifi, free water, free bicycle.
The stuff was amazing they helped with everything. I wiil dtay again in the same hotel if I come again. 11/10 rate

Loved it!
Pros:

It was very elegant and comfortable, as seen in the pictures. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious! We enjoyed a relaxed morning at the pool, plenty of loungers in the sun too if you want to sunbathe a bit. We also made use of the free bikes and cycled about 15 min to the beach where the hotel has beach access with free loungers. It is a bit of a walk into the city tourist centre but there is a shuttle and as mentioned bikes. We preferred being out of the bustle and in equal distance to the centre and the beach.

Nice…we enjoyed it
Pros:

Nice property with a laid back colonial feel. Not too big a hotel so never felt busy and the rooms were nice.

Cons:

A little distance from the town centre but taxis are cheap so that’s not really an issue.

Very comfortable relaxed stay in Hoian
Pros:

Location great, staff friendly and very helpful especially Tracey and Sharon at the front desk. In fact all of the hotel staff seemed very happy
rooms very comfortable and view from balcony gorgeous

Cons:

Huge number of tour groups arriving afternoon and leaving early morning. Don’t know where they all went because hotel quiet and peaceful otherwise
